Since 5/17/05, there have been 65 individual RipOff Reports filed against UWCS. That's one report per day average. What are you trying to do Randy, go for the all-time RipOff Report record? You went from one scam organization (Credicorp) to another. The Ft Worth BBB is on to you. The USPS is on to you. Now the RipOff Report is on to you. Pretty soon, the Texas AG will be on to you too. A Google search for "Union Workers Credit" now returns your official website in the #11 position in the results, with RipOff Report showing in results 6 & 7. And the FWBBB report shows up in #14.

Hey Randy, You have to be pretty suspicious if the USPS puts a hold on all your incoming mail. Your canned reponses to these posts are not doing any good. Pretty sonn the entire USA will be aware of your little scam, and will no longer be seding in their $37 for your little piece of paper card.

We welcome the opportunity to respond to the concerns you have raised. We urge you and all consumers who visit this website not to jump to any conclusions about our company until you know all the facts. Instead, we encourage you to learn more about our company by contacting us directly at 817-835-0969, or by visiting our website at www.unionworkerscredit.com. Contrary to the comments that have been lodged against us, we do our very best to satisfy all concerns expressed by potential new members. This is critical to our goal of attracting new members to add to our existing membership base of tens of thousands of satisfied members. Our offer is a legitimate membership offer, which provides a wide range of benefits, including a pre-approved credit limit of $10,000 good toward the purchase of merchandise from our catalog or shopping services. In addition, our members enjoy discounts of up to 65% off at over 40,000 of the finest hotels and motels worldwide, discounts on major cruise lines and car rentals, as well as over $1,000 in savings on area movies, restaurants and other services. The feedback we receive routinely demonstrates that the majority of our members understand the nature of our offer. With more than 50,000 current members, the 20 or so complaints received by the BBB is so tiny that is represents less than a fraction of 1% of our total members. We pride ourselves in giving consumers a second chance by extending credit to those with blemished or no previous credit history. In fact, a member can choose from several of the $39 items in our catalog and pay only $2 plus postage and handling for the item using our $37 immediate credit good toward the price of your first merchandise purchase. Sounds too good to be true, right? Unfortunately, some of our members do fail to pay us for the full amount of their merchandise purchase, after it has been shipped to them. But we continue to extend credit to our members so that we can attract new members and build a stronger membership base. And our members are always protected by our triple guarantee of satisfaction, which includes a no questions asked 60-day refund period. We hope this information has been helpful. We value your input and hope you will decide to join the many thousands of fully satisfied individuals we are proud to call our members. Sincerely, Union Workers Credit Services [email protected].

Randy, I am an avid reader of these reports, and I have a tendency to spot trends now and then. Union Workers Credit Services is one of those trends that has caught my attention. Especially after reading your blanket response to everyone who posts a report about your company. I did a little research on Google (and by little, I mean five minutes), and here are some interesting facts: 1. If you type in "Union Workers Credit" into a Google search, result number 4 is a report on this website. Your website comes up as result number 10. Interesting. 2. On that same search, result number 14 is a Local Alert from the Ft Worth BBB dated 6/21/05 talking about how the USPS filed a temporary restraining order while it investigates your operation. Here is the link: http://www.fwbbb.org/localnews.html You have to be pretty bad for the BBB to actually send out a consumer alert. 3. Here's an excerpt from the FWBBB report on UWCS: "This firm first came to our attention 04/28/2005. Randy Walls, President of the company was formerly associated with Creditcorp in Dallas, TX. Credicorp has an unsatisfactory record with the Dallas BBB." Looks like you have been a bad boy Randy. Although I've never received one of your "Good news" letters, I have gone to your website, and I don't like what I see. Frankly, I would advise anyone getting one of your letters to steer clear of you.

First off, thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to your concerns with our company. We like to hear from consumers whether it is positive or negative feedback. The feedback we receive from our members routinely demonstrates that they understand the nature of our offer. Our web-site, www.unionworkerscredit.com, details every aspect of our program and features a convenient Contact Us section which lists our address, phone and fax numbers and email address. We put our web-site address on every offer so consumers can learn as much as possible about us before they decide to become a member. In addition, we offer a no questions asked 60-day refund guarantee on membership fees and routinely go well beyond the 60 day refund period in the event a member requests a refund. Of course, like any offer, our services are no right for everyone. Overall, we are sorry you have a negative impression of our company. Fortunately for us, the many we serve everyday of the year would strongly disagree with your statements. Please let us know if there is anything else we may do for you. Again, thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond
