on oct,4,2004 i received a call from the above company who offered me a visa with the credit limit of 2000.00 all i had to do was send them a down payment of 299.00. six weeks went by and the only thing i received was some forms for prescription and medical saving which on the date of the phone i told the lady that i was speaking to i didn't need this coverage. this is the letter i received. dear sir/madam congratulation and welcome to central support and savings. our staff is committed to ensuring you received the maximum savings for the benefits enclosed including your stored value mastercard which is designed to improve your credit rating. in order to receive your mastercard please complete and sign the application, then follow the instructions and mail it to the address indicated. the faster they receive your pre-approved applicaton, the sooner you will receive your mastercard. once again we thankyou for choosing central support and savings. after receiving these forms i call them and ask what forms was for and where was the visa or mastercard, they responded and said that they didn,t give out visa or mastercards that they were a company that help you pay your creditors. i said this is not what you said to me in our phone conversation i would like my refund of my money and that i was already in a program. they said they would put me down for a refund but i needed to called them back in five days. when i called them back they responded that they had refused my refund that they would put it through again, this operator told me to call back the next day and to find out why they are refusing my refund. when i called back an operator told me that i was refused because i agreed to they program. this is a lie and i wish to get my money back i don't have it like that, to just let them take my money can you help me please. i been bamboozelled. broke on social security with an very sick mother to care for.

On November 9, 2004 I purchased a couch and loveseat from Mattress Superstore at 500 West Albany Street Herkimer, NY 13350. The telephone # is (315)866-7200. I was told that my furniture would be delivered on the 12th. No call/no show. On Saturday Nov 13th I called to see what happened and I was guaranteed that the furniture would be there today. Again no call/no show. Monday the 15th I called and they said they were on their way. This was 4:00 in the afternoon. They finally arrived with the furniture, but it wouldn't fit through the doorways. In the process of trying to get it in they scratched and dented the brand new refrigerator which is only four months old, and tore apart our framing to our doorway which knocked the bottom hinge of the door off the woodwork. The fabric is still lodged into the trim work around the doorways. I then went over to the store on the same night (Nov 15) for a refund. I was told that it would take 7-10 days for the refund. I was also told that they would have to take a $50 loss for delivery. The contract says free delivery. I called on Monday the 22nd I called to see if the refund check had been mailed out yet, and the saleswoman wouldn't give me an answer. She just said that the owner was not in and would call me in the morning. The company has a caller ID and knows when it is me that is calling. Again the owner never called. On Wednesday the 24th I called back to see what the status was again no answer. I informed them that I expected my refund in a timely manner or I would be taking them to small claims court. Today I called again, and they did not answer their phone for a while. When they finally answered, they continued with giving me the run around so my fiance got on the phone and told them that he would be right over for the refund. They hung up on him and had the police call our house to tell him that he was threatening them, which never happened. All he said was to get the owner in there he was coming over for the refund. Bottom line that is his hard earned money and was supposed to be his Christmas present to the family. Instead we have to put up with this, $865.99 was the cost of the couch and loveseat, not to mention damages.

I feel so very violated and taken advantage of. If this company could not deliver, at the very least could not they have sent me a letter stating so?? I mailed my money order to their company on September 1ST, When I did not recieve a response, by the 27th of the same month, I became concerned,as it stands I never can speak to a live person, they always say by machine, i might add, leave a message--no one ever returns your calls, they just go unanswered!!!!!!!the one time i did get to speak to a live person, by the way she is the very voice on the machine she even went so far as to give me my order#the date my order was processed(9-28-04) and politly informed me it would be another 7to10 days, well here we are on Sunday October 24,04, I am not trying to be frivolous, nor should they, after all we are talking about $21.00,including shipping and handling, I would really like the game that i purchased(In Advanced) if that is not possible i would like them to stand up and represent their company. Send me a letter, answer your e-mail(you do encourage your subscribers to e-mail you)it's no good if you don't respond. Please represent your company and do the right thing! If you can't close shop. Believe me you will better understood. In closing I say keep the money if you need it that bad, but at least keep your customers informed as to what's going on!!

I used to be a costumer with CapitalOne. However I paid my bill completely off in July. Now I keep getting calls and bills stating I owe money. I have spoken with several supervisors. One supervisor was Carrie at 562) 494-5469. Back around July she asked me to fax her my statement at 813)290-1849 and with her help the matter was closed. My bill was at a balance of $0.00. When CapitalOne send me a bill I would have to call to let them know that my bill was paid off and my account is closed. They state that another company called Credet Form at 866)226-3745 continue to charge my credit card. I made sure that I spoke with and Christ or a Debe on 7-16-04 who made sure that my credit card will not be charged any longer and if there were any outstanding balance that I had with them was cleared away. Today, I received a call from a very rude and unprofessional and sick individual who insist that i owe some $70.00. I was truly hurt and angry regarding this call. I never agreed to any out side contract with Credit Form. I never used the credit card since my last payment and I made sure that this card was closed off. I have called their customer relations at 800-903-3637 and I called any other number that was ordered of me by CapitalOne and all I get was and still the run around. Can you please help with this matter.

My family and I moved into a new Lanar home in November of 2001. Upon moving in there were serveral things that needed to be fixed. We have had several service calls for Lenar to come out and fix. The first was drainage in the front yard. Second was incorrect toilets were installed. Third, part of the house had no insulation. Forth, major floor popping in the upstairs game room. Fifth. joist in master bedroom had to be reinforced. Six, no security fence was installed on retaining wall prior to our move which caused me to fall and break my arm. Lenar was suppose to pay the difference in our electric bill from the date we moved into the house compared by other homes in our area. This was never done. We still have floor pops which they refuse to fix.

I drove two hours out to Rochenbach Cheverolet in Grays Lake, Illinois to purchase a Camaro that I saw listed in two completely different ads for the same price. When I got to the dealership my friend and I took the vehicle for a test drive and once everything checked out ok we told them that we would purchase the vehicle for the price listed in both ads. Rochenbach Cheverolet refused to sell us the vehicle for the listed price or anything even close to it. Customer service here was terrible! The Manager in charge at the time would not listen to a word we had to say (he just kept walking and said that he didn't care what we had to say). The service was so bad that I would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Rochenbach Cheverolet to stay away and take their business elsewhere! These people are liers and obviously could care less about good customer service (which is what companies like that strive on)!!

i went to a company to get a routine oil change and when they were done and i got back to my house my fiancee' went to look at what was done and noticed the company did neither change my oil or the filter. This was proven by the simple fact that the same dirty filter was still in my vehicle and the oiol was still overfilled due to the previous day when i had gone to fill my oil up and i accidently overfilled it because it had been real low on oil so I was going to simply change it myseplf while my fiancee' was at work.

I had my new auto serviced at Lia Hyundia Enfield, CT. on July 6th, 2004. While driving home after service I noticed a cigarette burn hole in my right arm rest. I returned to the dealer and was told by the Service Mgr. (Mark DeSimone) that he had asked his people, and they did not cause this damage. He said I must have done the the damage an may have not noticed it. He also stated that he had the final word and they would not do anything to correct this problem. I ask to speak with his supervisor, and was told he would not be in until the following week. When I talked to this supervisor (Lou Maetin)I was told the same thing. I do not smoke cigarettes and I am 100% sure this burn hole was not there prior to my visit to Lia Hyundia in Enfield,CT. If ant one can suggest further action I can take It would be greatly appreciated.

I had a representative come into my business and offer a service to review my last 3 years of income tax return. This was supposed to get me big bucks back. The companies name was "International Profit Associates" and the rep was Wayne Miscisin. I gave him all the requirred documents that he requested, tax forms, accounts rec/payable etc... along with a check for 500.00. Upon the mans return, he collected a check for over 4,000.00 and stated that he would go to his office, print up a report and file some paperwork with the government that would get my company a sizeable return of over 8,000.00. This was almost a year ago now and I have never heard from this man again! Apparently I am out nearly 5,000.00 and have no hope of getting this return as promised. This company will not return my calls or letters and so I am passing this information on to you so no other small business owner gets sucked in and pays out through the nose for a service that never follows through! Beware out there and Do Not Do Business with "International Profit Associates"!
