Unique worldwide services, inc. is indeed an unique company.it have it own unique owner. the owner is a short fast talker that flashes lots of money, that flirt and drink with the manager trainees, and that will do anything for fun. not saying anything good about him just describing the person he is.

Unique promise alot but do not hold up to their promises. the do not tell you about all of the selling involved in the company. you are told that you have to sell 2000 in retail sale and you will be on a pin program. they forget to inform people that the pin program is another word for sell program.

The program have 8 pin each pin will cost you anywhere from $650-$800 each. you are given a goal to meet every monday, wed. and friday. every other friday your goal can get up to $2000. so, you can say unique have their own unique way to cheat people out of their money with their unique products.

Ex-Manager Tells about UWSI

Amanda, Since you're only an manager-trainee (which everyone who applies is a manager-trainee, which is nothing.), then you really have no idea what you're talking about. I'ts sad that people dont see things in front of them. I know I didn't. Why do you think their are very very few managers! this company is definately a scam. I was a manager for 4mo.; and I saw a lot of things that any reputable company would never do! If you dont believe me then do your homework! They are banned from the state of Georgia due to several reasons! They also have several law suits against them in the state of alabama. They move their offices from state to state until they get banned! Also, Amanda, have you even considered calling the Better Business Burea? I hope you dont have a lot of money invested in this, cause it's all going to waste! Once I became a manager and got my office (oh by the way; you'll have to pay $6,000 in cash before you get it!) we asked for a $75 background check... we didn't even check backgrounds, Mr M told us to turn that in as part of our commission! They also tell you that you have to get to $2000 and then youre finished. That is a complete lie! Yea, maybe 5 installments of $2000.00! And Amanda, Im sure your manager is Kevin-- Don't let him fool you w/ all the so-called money he's making! It's all for show! They take you out w/ limo's and try showing you a good time-- but it's all w/ your $500 that you gave them for friday's cut-off!!! I can't even go on about how many things I know about this company! Drugs, alcohol, and sex is what this company's about --- oh, and stealing money from people who actually believe this is a legit company! The money once you make office manager is not worth the lies that Mr M and Mcadams told me to say to these people! Once I started thinking that exactly what they are telling me to tell my employees are exactly what my manager told me , with the exception that i knew then that they were lies!!

Denise, I am sorry that you took offense to what I said, but I didn't call anyone in particular a child. I also have a right to voice my opinion just like everyone else on here. Now, just because I don't agree with you doesn't mean that I am wrong or that you are wrong. It is just that the things that you have stated, I have never seen. The child comment is to the people on here that are arguing back and forth. I am not going to argue with anyone on here because we are all just expressng what we feel, and there is nothing wrong with that. I am just saying that I believe in this company because it has upheld all of it's promises to me. Once again, I hope that the people on here can stop this fightng over something so small. There are plety of jobs out there that are available for people to find.

you listen here!! i'm not acting like a child! you are the one that's acting like a child for saying something like that. it's a lot of christians out there in the world that judge people on how they act and i DON'T appreciate you calling me a child. i have the right to voice my own opinions. since you taking up for this company, believe me you right along with all the wrongdoings they are taking part in. so i suggest you need to keep to yourself, or you are soon to go down along with the company!!

I am a manager trainee with the company, and I would just like to say a couple of things in response to this nonsense. Let me ask both of you a question...if the first day of college, the dean told you, "Here are all of your books for your four years, all of your essays, all of your test, etc., and here's what you have to pay", on your first day of college, you would be overwhelmed. Now, if you like being ovewhelmed, let me be the first to congradulate you on being that strong. As for the way that you say the president or anyone else is, there is always going to be someone that you don't agree with their ways in a company. Just because someone acts that way, doesn't mean you have to. Also, when you get your office, you can run it wih Christian values. I am a Christian, and I am very offended that you people are saying the whole company is that way. Christians don't judge people for the way they live their life, and if trainees are engaging in those activities, wouldn't you agree that it is their fault for how far things go? We are adults here, but most of you are acting like children.

i once worked in tuscaloosa at uwsi last year and only worked there a month. i agree that manager is a punk and i don't like those wednesday night meetings in birmingham. one meeting i went to, sometimes we play games just to have a little fun, and as me being a christian, i didn't approve of this one game when the president had asked for everyone to act silly and several guys pull their pants down and showed everyone their naked behind, shaking it in the air and i just wanted to get out of there and go home but i rode with someone so i couldn't. if these people try to stand for something, they are doing a good job at it. they are a bunch of "low-lifes" trying to ripoff people. something should be done about them. people that are reading the ads in the paper and applying for the job obviously don't know what they are getting themselves into.
