 I am completely annoyed with the level of service I have received from Rushcard since October 14, 2015. I have been misled on numerous occasions and I still have no access to my funds. This is absolutely absurd. I have never experienced such incompetence and foolery in my life! I misplaced my Rushcard on October 14th. I simply logged into my online account and blocked my card so that my funds could not be used. After not finding it, I decided to call Rushcard to order a replacement card. To my suprise, Rushcard was experiencing technical problems due to a "technology glitch". I could not reach a representative to submit my request for a new card. After several days with no luck, I was finally able to speak with a representative who assured me that my order had been processed. Meanwhile, all the technical problems continued and the availability of service diminished. I waited patiently for my "2day expedited shipment". The shipment never arrived at my home address. Instead, it was mailed to a previous address, which is ridiculous because I verify my current address to the representatives EVERY time I call. I have also lived at my current address for one year! Of course, I am fed up at this point, but we are all entitled to error as humans. A second replacement card was issued and again, I patiently waited for my "2day expedited shipment". The card never arrived at my home. At this point all bets are off and I am completely annoyed by the incompetence of the Rushcard team and the drag of this "technology glitch". I call back a third time, furious, waiting for as long as an hour and 45 minutes to get resolve. It is now day two of my "expedited shipping" of the THIRD replacement card issued by Rushcard and I have NO CARD! That is three times that my replacement card has been sent to the wrong address!!! Every time I call there is at minimum a 30 minute hold (I have phone records to prove this) and the representatives are most often foreigners with an extreme language deficiency. I cannot understand them and they cannot understand me. They are not knowledgeable about company policy and/or protocol. They most often say "how can I help you?" but as I explain the reason for my call they are unable to help me. I am transferred to a "Specialist" after another 30 to 60 minute hold. This has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME I have called. THIS IS PATHETIC. I do not want to communicate with these ignorant people. Everyday, I am told something completely different. How can this be?   What is going on? Why am I not able to access my funds? Why is my card continuously shipped to the wrong address? Why am I still incurring fees for the incompetence of the Rushcard team? I am at my wits end! It is the 1st of the month-- I HAVE BILLS TO PAY! This situation is absolutely ridiculous. I demand to speak with a senior-level official and I want acccess to my money IMMEDIATELY!!! Enough is enough.  After being a customer since 2008, I will no longer do business with Rushcard. This situation is unacceptable and I cannot afford to miss a paycheck. I am completely disgusted and extremely pissed off. I need this situation rectified now. I do not know what has to be done, but Rushcard needs to figure it out, real quick. I'm done waiting. I'm tired of the IOU's and apologies. My livelihood is most definitely at stake. I do not show up to work everyday to earn a paycheck only to be robbed of it by Rushcard!
