Hi Mary, why don't you just pay on time? You know there would be no calls if you did that? Do you budget your debts to pay them when they are due rather than after they are due? Sounds like you are getting good advice from the company, pay on time or payoff with another creditor that you can choose to pay when it's convenient for you, rather than when your contract specifies. Looks like they did help you with car financing, and it looks like they want you to pay on time so that you can develop good bill paying habits and you can build your credit score for the next time around. Why are you fighting that? So what do you want done? Do you want the company to let you pay past due and make others pay on time? Or do you want everybody to pay when they want? What kind of business would that be? You need to rethink what you are complaining about. By what you write, it appears you are telling the public that you are the problem.
