United Air Comfort Inc is a DISHONEST & UNRELIABLE ripoff that lies. Las Vegas, NEVADA
This company does not want to accept responsibility. After the installation of a brand new A/C unit in April of this year, we found out that the wiring done from the A/C unit to the house was illegally done. We had a certified electrician to check the wiring and this is what he found.
This electrician did temporary work just so that our family would have A/C during this hot summer weather in Las Vegas. This electrician also strongly suggested to contact United Air Comfort of this problem, and that this temporary problem must be permanently fixed. He also said that we were lucky to have a home.
We started making phone calls after phone calls to the Las Vegas office as well as the corporate office in Florida about this issue. Did they ever return our call? No. The Las Vegas manager, Tony, is dishonest. The staff at the Florida office is pathetic.
This has been going for three days now, we have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Nevada Contractors Board. We are now asking for a reimbursement for the services done by the electrician and also for them to pay for all cost of the permanent repair work.
