Where do I start? A question I ask myself daily, when I get in my vehicle I purchased in March of 2010 from this "lot". While actively looking one evening for an SUV we stumbeled across this United Best Auto Sales Inc, we saw a few vehicles we were interested in. We said we have cash and were prepared to make a deal if we were satisfied with the vehicle. After a short test drive there were some problems. First of all the thing didnt start on the lot so they jump started it. Then they discovered it has NO GAS so they put roughly 1 gallon in it to get it over to the other "lot" while driving the vehicle and I am following behind my husband in our other vehicle which we got rid of I noticed the interior light remained on.

I told him to check this and they discovered it was the "Door Ajar Sensor" and they took the bulbs out of the ceiling and doors as not to drain the battery or call "attention" while driving. Jay PROMISED us he would get and replace the sensor in the vehicle, its been over 1 year and still not replaced. I enter my vehicle with kids in the dark. I spoke with him several times unsuccessfully abotu this and also mentioned he wouldnt like his wife driving around on a vehicle like this with these probelms with kids ALONE AT NIGHT! There are further problems that I encountered. The rear was dropped in my vehicle and I realized it was a problem. He did fix that, but after trying to con the mechanic into changing from air bag shocks over to traditional shocks.

Mechanic refused (Thanks Matthew, You did well) then my cerpentine belt was shredded and I replaced it, the radiator, alternator, front shocks on driver and passegner sides, thus far 1 hose and possibly more. My vehicle reeks of anti freeze. I have made all repairs to the vehicle. Upon my purchase before signing) I asked if we can have the option of purchasing an "extended warranty" as it is a used vehicle. He said no I dont offer that BUT since I am financing in house I will pay a portion of ALL repairs since I want you to pay on the vehicle. Only 1 time has he honored that. That was the air bags BUT there is a problem there too. The sensor is bad in it and 1 is defective. The mechanic shop wont fix it yet because he owes them money!! My vehicle is worth about $3,400 MAX but we left $3,500 CASH and agreed to pay $300 a month FOR A WORKING VEHICLE.

Ok now he over charged for the vehicle by about 50%. Aside form this, within 2 weeks of me giving CASH he was off on vacation in cancun and cant help with any repairs on my vehicle I got literally 2 weeks prior.I look in the upper left hand corner of my window where ALL facilities who change your oil put a sticker with a reminder of when you "should" change your oil next. According to Jay the OWNER of UNITED BEST AUTO SALES INC the vehicle had only 109,000 miles when I purchased the vehicle. Well then why in the window was it stained to do the next oil change at 176,000 miles? He has rotated my odometer on top of all this. I hope he honors the repairs my vehicle needs and if he doesnt as he hasnt then this will be in small claims court and I am confident the judge will agree he sold a lemon and he needs to provide me with the pink slip and the vehicle is now mine and I owe him $0.
