Unfinished home with additional complaints: We received the keys to our home without running water, electricity, or gas and no instructions on how to get it. Numerous calls made and no answer or call back from manager. In addition to this complaint parts of the floor were not screwed in, back door leaks like crazy, very little cleanup was performed non inside the house. Construction of the home has taken so long that we have exceeded the 6 month without payment and we will now have to make at least one payment and not even be living in the house. Also on the 6 months payment deal, we were told that we would not be required to make a payment for 6 months after we got in the home, not true the 6 months start at time of signing. We were told they would cleanup the property so clean that no one would even know it was a new construction, not so our place was left a mess. Back door leaking, construction supervisor said they knew it was leaking before we got the keys, however, contract states once we take possession of the home, we have to fix any leaks. How were we to know the door was leaking, they did and refused to fix it. Without utilities we can't even check to make sure things work and they gave us the keys so we could lay the flooring and paint which they don't do. BIG SCAM, LOTS OF LIP SERVICE BUT LITTLE ACTION AND IF YOU COMPLAIN YOU GET EVEN LESS HELP OR SERVICE. READ THE CONTRACT GOOD BEFORE SIGNING AND DON'T LET THEM EXPLAIN THE SECTIONS, READ THEM .THEY WILL TRY TO JUST GO OVER THE HEADLINE AND TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR, NOT THE TRUTH. THE TRUTH IS THE CONTRACT RELIEVES THEM OF ANY RESPONSIBILITY, LIABILITY, OR CUSTOMER SATISIFACTION. BUYER BEWARE

Finally got a call back, Manger states was on vacation and left his phone in the office. Ok, can't argue or prove that one, however, was told he was in the office by Construction manager on Monday, and texted the Sales rep but never replied Manager was out. I guess if it were me, I would at the very least respond that the manager is on vacation and will contact me soon.

Just my view! Construction manager called yesterday and some is coming out to fix the front door knob covering just fell off. We nailed the floor down, however, they said they would do it today while there. Absolutely, poor communication, so much of the anger and frustration would not even be there if they would communication openly and honestly.
