Back in 2008 I took out a payday loan on-line and paid in full. In 2009 I keep getting phone calls from a Frank Miller stating I need to pay this immediately or I would loose my job and be arrested. I contacted the company that I got the pay day loan from and they stated it was paid and full and sent me documentation showing this. They suggested I go to this website and I would see the name Frank Miller has a long list of complaints.
Over the last 3 years I have received numerous calls with various name and phone numbers with the same voice which is a strong Indian voice. Every time I tell him a few choice word and the calls stop for a few months.
Now around the middle of April 2011 I started getting calls again from a company by the name of American General with a phone number 1-850-245-6056, different voice but same information as I stated before. I explained this is paid and call my attorney, which I gave him the State of Florida Attorney General Office.
Watch giving out your information online, if you need to pay for something on line pay with paypal.

It is a SCAM. You can not be arrested for any personal debt.
Do NOT give this person ANY information. If they call again let them know you are aware that this is a SCAM. Most likely they will just hang up.
If they still threaten you with jail, just tell them you will be waiting with open arms.
If they ask for your attorney information, just get the phone number of your local FBI office and give them that as the contact.
