Complaint Description
I Bought referrals for specific zip codes that were to be qualified by a phone call to the referral confirming their desire to be contacted by an insurance agent. In fact, none of the referrals were qualified in this manner. Most of the information provided about the referral was inaccurate. Other referrals were not in the zip codes agreed to. I have Email correspondence from the salesman, Luke Davis, apologizing and stating the need for "better quality" of the referrals dated 3/11/10. I can submit a statement from one of the "referrals" stating he was never contacted regarding any qualification. Furthermore, the information I received on this supposed referral was inaccurate as were so many of the others. I spoke to Carol in IT and Carol Rosen and Nicole ( both in management) and they assured me these problems would be overcome. That never happened. I tried to be patient and give the comapny time to cure these problems. Finally, I requested a refund. At that point, no one would take my phone calls or respond to my Emails.
