United Financial Systems - Boca Raton, Florida FAILED TO MAKE PAYMENTS Boca Raton, Florida
Approximately 6 years ago I
experienced a drastic cash flow shortage due to a change in employment location
followed by a change in billing services. Unfortunately I chose the quick and
easy path of relief, credit cards.
I was able to maintain this debt
structure for about three years. At that point it became evident that I was
basically paying mostly on the interest and only making marginal decreases on
the principle.
UFS has taken a payment from my bank account on or about the 6th of every month since September 2007. After a few months UFS began to run late in making payments to my creditors and over time, even failed to make monthly payments to some of my creditors. I have on multiple occasions made extra payments above and beyond what UFS had already debited from my account in effort to stay current .
I am now receiving phone calls, late fees and delinquent statements from my creditors.
This company has breached their contract and severely damaged my credit history.

After speaking with two individuals at UFS, both of whom were quite polite; I was told that my account was to be refunded the payments which they had failed to make. I was also told that my original setup fee would also be returned. I was told that my refund check would be FedEx to me after signing a release and submitting this rebuttal. I have.
