This company has the worst customer service I have every come across.
I have been working with them since May 2006 and everything was moving along fine until July this year when the ceased making payment to my creditors on a monthly basis.
Repeated telephone calls and emails have had no results even though they have taken $2415 from my for the last three months - my final payment to them is supposed to be on 18th October.
I have now made an official complaint to the better business bureau and have to make appropriate arrangements to clear the last credit card payments myself.
