United Financial Systems Attn: Jamie Lyons Customer Ser. Manager. Pro. Debt Management Corp. Stole $4123.00 from my account and wont give it back to me. Margate, Florida
Back in March of 2007 I went threw a co. by the name of United Fin. Systems to help me consolidate four major credit cards. Had one payment each mo. and money was taken out of my checking to pay these debts off in 4.5 yrs. Everything was going fine up until last June when they stopped making payments.
I didnt notice until september of 2010 that payments weren't made for a few months. tried calling them and no answer. always a recording or put on hold. One day I finally got a hold of someone and he's looking into it. They updated their computer systems and it says they were paid. My bills I received in the mail claimed different. So I mailed everything I had received. In oct. I got everything back in the mail saying no forwarding adress.
Finally, I filed a report threw the att. General's office and got some answers threw the co. Spoke w/the customer ser. manager and she just kept leading me on. sent me a release form to read and notarize and i faxed it back to her. By the way her name was Jamie Lyons. In 24-48 hours I was suppose to receive a check by fedex for $4123.00 and that was January 10, 2011.
She as so much called the DA's office and spoke w/her personally and told her that my check was in the mail and should receive it by wed via fedex. She lied to her as well. I received no check, have called there numerous times and left messages and not one call back. In nov. of 2010 I closed my checking account and had to open up a new one. At that point they already had $2694.00 of my hard earned money. With 7 months of my creditors not being paid we came to an agreement of 4123.00 for late fees, etc.
I think it's a darn shame that people can get away with doing business like that. I pray that they dont and feel very badly about others as well. I really hope they get what they have coming to them. I hope that I get the money back that they stole from me.
