I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH UNITED HOME MORTGAGE CENTER TRYING TO SELL MY HOME TO THEIR CLIENT. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ONE PHONE CALL RETURNED TO US, IT IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, INEPT COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN THE LOAN OFFICER WHOSE NAME IS RODNEY JEAN FRANCOIS SHOULD BE WORKING AT MCDONALDS NOT TRYING TO SECURE LOANS TO PEOPLE.WE CALLED HIS BOSS IN PORT ST LUCIE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AND WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE. ITS NO SURPRISE THAT A CERTAIN COUNTRY IS THE POOREST IN THE WORLD AND SOUTH FLORIDA CAN HAVE THEM.

Dear Sir: I do apologize for your personal experience with United Home Mortgage Center. There was extenuating circumstances with your particular transaction and in light of those circumstances; UHMC was unable to move forward with your proposed transaction. Your experience with United Home Mortgage Center is certainly the exception and not the rule. We pride ourselves on our high referral rate, customer satisfaction and professionalism. We are also an equal opportunity employer and are disappointed with your racial slur.
