There was extenuating circumstances with your particular transaction and in light of those circumstances; UHMC was unable to move forward with your proposed transaction. Your experience with United Home Mortgage Center is certainly the exception and not the rule. We pride ourselves on our high referral rate, customer satisfaction and professionalism.
