Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Today I recieved a call from a Brian who left his number and a very graffic and detailed message on my mothers answering machine. He said that some very serious charges are pending against me and I was in danger of going to jail.

Immediately, I returned the call and I spoke with a " Roy Campbell" with an Indian accent. He told me that I defaulted on a payday loan and owed $1980.00. I was to pay $300.00 today and the remaining balance would be debited from my bank account. This was the only way I could stay out of a 2 year jail sentence. This seemed odd to me because my own police department and/or prosecutors office had not contacted me. I told him to fax the paperwork and he did. The only problem was I had never used these payday loan companies before.

I proceeded to check the companies on the internet and came up with nothing so I googled "united legal processing department" and low and behold, its a scam.

My advice to anyone who has fell victim, please contact your local FBI department and file a report. Make sure you give them any and all information on these people. They will tell you that they cannot do anything because these people are actually overseas. Don't fret! Proceed to make a paper trail of police reports with your local departments if the harassment does not stop. Call the 3 credit bureaus and put a fraud alert on your social security number. Make sure you call your banking institution to make them aware of the situation. Lastly, DO NOT apply for anything else online. These people are cunning and use scare tactics to try an get what they want. I would also close the old email accounts and open fresh new ones.

This has really ruined my day and life alittle. It is very scary for anyone to call and harrass you then tell you that you will do jail time.

I hope this helps someone before they give these crooks their hard earned money.

So... I called this number back 408 404 3021 quite often, all of the last week, i get a recording that no one could come to the phone. finally today, some one answered, said his name was Trevor something or other.. which was funny because he told me in the voice mail his name was Nash... (an indian guy named Trevor, I laughed).. I said look buddy, I know you're a scammer, you can't call me up and hound me, harrass me and make false claims about having me arrested. He said they could do anything he wanted to collect, I said the only thing you're going to be collecting is a freaking prison number and a few boyfriends named bubba if he kept calling me. I'm saving up his voice mails to turn over to the police and whom ever else I have to, I told him, so please KEEP calling me, KEEP leaving the threatening voice mails and I would send him and bubba a christmas card once I found out what prison he'd be going to.. he said, you do what you have to do.. i said, i will NASH and hung up. Please call these people back, let them know they can be found on ripoffreport.com and on websites like these. Let them know we are on to them and maybe they will stop calling.
