Like Peter of Seattle, I was contacted as a new small business owner to rent this credit card machine. I was told that in doing so my business would instantly increase and that I would be given a free website that could be customized to my own pre-existing marketing material, etc, etc, etc.
Well, virtually a year later, my sales never increased and in fact, I'm out of business. Despite the fact that I am losing my house and eating Top Ramen as a staple, these ***holes call me hourly hounding me for their monthly payment. I keep begging them to please show me a copy of my contract, which I have never seen and seriously don't remember ever signing. I beg them to at least try to re-rent my machine to someone else. All of this only makes them avoid my calls to the point that I've left countless messages on their voicemail (which, incidently, answers at all hours, especailly during regular business hours) and with actual humans, all to no avail. The constant hounding has made me crazy and they even use what I call "freak" tactics to collect my money. Upon answering a phone call from their collections department I was met with silence. I said, "Say something!" and they promptly said in a gross, sultry, deep male voice, "I love you."
"I LOVE YOU!" I shouted, who the hell is this?
"You know who this is, " the slarmy voice replied.
What kind of creepy company is this anyway. Besides the fact that they should be arrested for fraud, they also need to be slapped with a sexual harassment lawsuit.
Like I said, FREAKS! Stay far away from them.
