Complaint Review: United Pet Relocator - Internet

An individual placed an ad on petfinder web site indicating they were giving away two pure bred enhglish bulldogs with airconditioned crates and full papers and vet checks. the individual stated that his wife recently passed away and wanted the puppies to go to a good home and would send the puppy through a pet flight agency which would not accept regular payment. it requested a money gram or western union and refused to give their actual address or name. An individual eventually called me and i could barely understand them due to a heavy foriegn accent and they eventually hung up on me. I will trty and paste the conversation.:

Me: Now the wife is looking over my shoulder and her response is what's the guarantee

The gentleman registered a female puppy first and he came back like after 4 hrs and came back and requested to change the puppy

The Male puppy's tag is AS09875?Cassie-WI-PA/USA

Me: Now am I speaking to the agency that will be shipping the puppy or the owner

all of the payment information that you requested was identical to that of the rip off report. i feel like i should report this agency to the site as everything is exactly the same but under different names.

Me: you should be ashamed of yourself to get peoples hopes up about possibly having an addition to their family and it being a scheme.

Me: then what about insuraqnce on the puppy?

[email protected]: we ask no insurance because the agency pays insurance on the puppy before evry shipment

Me: why cant in find your information in the yellow pages or speak to someone who speaks english clearly.

listen if you are on the up and up ...how about i pay a vet from your area to come to your facility to verify the ehalth and existance of the puppy and if everything is correct...ill make the payment

Me: I think that you have answered enough and i am reporting this website to the ripoff scam sights and the better buisness bureau and i am going to go to the site you posted the aniumal on and report it there as well. ....you obviously are running a scam as you couldnt give me the address

also when i was responding ..the apparent "seller" was emailing me asking why i was questioning the agency for delivery.
