A young man came to my door on March 12, 2010. He told me his name was Nick Esposito and gave me a story about how he was selling magazine subscriptions for a group he was part of. After a long discussion, I agreed on one magazine subscription for my children. I filled out the receipt (which I still have) and wrote a check for $49.00.
After a few months of not receiving the magazine, I called the number on the receipt and spoke to a young lady who took all the information that was on the receipt. She informed me that I would be receiving my subscription shortly.
Months again passed and I had not received anything. I tried calling the phone number but there was only a recording asking to leave a message or contact the office via e-mail. I sent an e-mail to the office requesting a refund and have not heard any response via e-mail or any other method.
