United State Grant/James Carter James Carter Took my money by wire & have not sent my money back DC, Washington DC
I received a call 3 months ago informing me that I had a Grant money for $12,000. He told me that I had to pay taxes on the money before I can receive it. I am dealing with is James Carter at 202-609-7749 who is the only one that is handling my file. Everytime I made a payment, he would say that the check is in the mail and will rec'd on a certain day. When the check do not show up, he tells me that I have to pay more money. He says that he is located at 200 Independence, Washington, DC 20201.
I have ask for my money back that I have sent. His response is cannot do that. He claims to be the person in charge and that there is no else in above him. On June 22 I have spoken with a so call Director of Program Mark Wilson. I need help today.
I am looking for an attorney that can help me. If you know of anyone, Please contact me.

They've impersonated the government and you're stuck. By the way, there's NO such perrson as James Carter (Jimmy Carter sound familiar, you know, the ex president)
