I too recieved the same type of call, from this same place, but I was asleep when they called, so I did not talk to them, but they did leave a message. Officer Smith must have been with another client, so Micheal Brown called me, and the accent did seem to be arabic. I was informed that a lawsuit had been filed against me, and that I needed to contact them. The phone # they left was a Eastern Pennsylvania area code. I called it back, and it went striaght to voice mail, and I knew it was bogus. So I did like you and Googled that, and came across this website, and your post. So I was afraid, what kind of information they might have had on me, since I never got to speak with them, and for such a serious nature, like they stated on the message, the sure did not respond to my message.

You said "He then turns aroound and gives me my ss#, date of birth, And bank account information." You need to get identity theft protection NOW. Go to the source, Experian or Equifax and see what companies they recommend.
