Chitrita the dingbat posted another comment or two on Sam Glover's Caveat Emptor website stating again that the Secret Service had violated her rights.  After admitting here on ripoff reports that she lied about that to duck her responsibilities in repaying her student loans to ECMC.

Apparently she is moving back to India - or so she says - I can only assume because she got bounced out of the country and/or arrested for filing false police reports and false reports against the Secret Service.  Or perhaps her USA husband finally got tired of his nut job wife and divorced her.  I think she married him as a meal ticket to the USA anyway.

Hey Stacey, and all the rest.  The Secret Service is aware of this report.  What they do from this point on  who knows.  They may just ignore it as we have essentially "outed" her for them and it's clear she's never told the truth.

Could use your help on another scammer RE report # 737342.  Person scammed Mr. Arking has done a good job of exposing this guy but he keeps popping up with new scam websites like a bad rash.  Has been threatening and intimidating people into paying, etc.  You can also look up under Computechologies or Compu Technologies or Dellpartnsmore or alien computer.   The owner is a real piece of work and a scammer scumbag first rate.

Hey Elf, agreed, however it was determined that there was no Secret Service.  She made it all up in an effort to dodge some debt collectors and when people started to question the truth of the matter she attempted to intimidate them into shutting up by threatening lawsuits and reporting to the "authorities".   I'm sure the authorities have already "heard" from her numerous times and have determined, as most of us have, that she is a nut case.

While attempting to dodge a debt is nothing new, making up a story that slanders the US Secret Service and posting it on a public site is both unique and breathtakingly stupid.

You threaten a suit (you'll have to file against me now since I'm replying) with no hope of winning.  Sure, you can file a suit for nearly any reason you wish, but the chances of winning based on what has been posted here are as close to zero as makes no odds.

Based on what you have posted, I see no violation of any of your rights.  

Someone may have lied and claimed you made a statement about the President you did not.  The Secret Service wouldn't know this and is required to investigate such allegations.  Had you simply remained calm, they would have come to the conclusion that there was no genuine threat and that would have been the end of it.

YOU made the choice to escalate it and began shouting.  Now you're mad because no one is buying into your "Government run amok" rant where in you claim your rights were violated when they were not.

Further, YOU made the choice to bring this to Ripoff Reports.  YOU chose to share the story and in doing so invite anyone and everyone who reads it to offer their view(s) in a reply.

Threatening to file suit is, by the very standards you've expressed, equal to trying to deny others their right to free speech.

if you'd stop replying to every post where someone mentions your name, they would soon stop.  Everyone knows how to push your buttons and make you react.  You're like one of Pavlov's dogs when a bell rings, mention your name and you immediately start replying trying to defend yourself.  It's just their little game and you fall for it every time.  If you'd just ignore these people, your life would be a lot less stressful.

Like Tagurit I do not believe you.   But let's consider for a moment if it were true.   Rip Off reports rarely grants access to users IP addresses - a subpoena is required.  But if in fact you have been falsely using Chitrita's identity then I imagine Rip Off reports would likely provide your IP address to her attorney.  And since you admit right here in public that you used her identity without her permission, you just gave her a slam dunk lawsuit against you for slander and libel.  Again, I think you are Chitrita because you are apparently just as stupid.  And also anyone that thinks Charles was nice to them is delusional.  Charles doesn't care enough to be nice to anyone else because Charles is incapable of thinking about anyone else but himself.

Oh and Rosa dear - let's not forget on another ROR report you said no you lied about being Rosa and that you were in fact Chitrita Dumire.  Did you forget about that also.  The thing is when you start lying it becomes difficult to keep track of which lies you've told.  The thread where you admitted this was a false report and that you lied about being Rosa was started back in July of last year and you posted the update as "Author" which is not possible unless you were in fact the Author Chitrita Dumire.  

Lastly I had a someone (not her real name BTW) send you an email to the real Chitrita Dumire's AOL account as well as a message on LinkedIn.  No response from the real Chitrita but suddenly a post to Google stating concerns that her AOL email account had been hacked.  All of the facts keep pointing right back to you Chitrita.  You can run but you can't hide from your stupidity.  I really think you should take Josephs advice.

Additionally, the authorities have been notified.  I'll let you think for a bit on who I mean.  I hope they haul you off to a mental institution because you are clearly not right in the head.

And as far as Charles is concerned - you know what  they say - birds of a feather flock together.  In this case two losers.

Chitrita Dumire - Joseph has provided some valuable advice which apparently you are too stupid to take.

I have told you to quit lying and yet you continue.  There are posts going back almost a year from you with the same name and photo as what is posted on LinkedIn.  You also write exactly like Chitrita.   And answer me this - how did you get her wedding photo of her with her husband if that is not in fact you - that photo is NOT in the public domain but it is posted on Rip Off reports under a different report #.   What do you think would happen if I called Sam Glover and asked him to look at his caller ID regarding those calls he received from you.  How much do you want to bet they would show up under your name.  In my exchanges with Sam at no time did he state you were NOT Chitrita - which I think he would have done if his caller Id showed someone else.   If I were to call the Plano police department I'm sure they would have a similar answer.

Now in the EXTREMELY unlikely possibilty that you are stating the truth, and I'm 100% sure you're not, then you are in VERY big trouble because you would have slandered the reputation of Chitrita and put her at risk of coming to the attention of the Secret Service.   Now Rip-Off reports doesn't disclose the IP addresses of posters unless served with a subpoena and of course their lawyers review it.  I would imagine however if the Secret Service was the one serving the subpoena that Rip Off reports would likely provide them with your IP address - in which any case the jig is up.

I remain unconvinced that you are anyone other than Chitrita and that you will continue to lie because apparently it is in your DNA.

Hello all!

I am Rosa the one that wrote the post and not the other person that you all so strongly seem to think because as you state that this is the internet and no one can be sure of any thing. And yes I did write this story to prove a point. As a wall street protestor I used your site to occupy that was all no harm done and I don't feel guilty either about nor no shame. Because police beat us with night sticks sprayed us with peper spray very brutally so and the sprayed us with tear gas. I speak for their brutal violent ways that they have been trying to stop our non violent protest. Yes some cities have gotten out of hand but most part what the police do not understand that it is our right to protest just like it is your right about your amendment thing you follow. So yes I wrote the stroy not the other woman I use her to cover my name. But It was a protest against the police to not use force when we protest. And as for your advise is very good but I won't worry about the licking part! Anyway take the article for what it is and take me for what ever you think but for we are all human! So I have nor regrets and no fear and no anger and no shame for I was standing up for all those that were attacked in the brutal violent ways that the other Wall Street Occupier's got abused by the police or law enforcement in general. I use Secret Service because if you look on line they also in the past have made mistakes where people try to protest and they have attacked innocent people and that is what this was about. Ladybug.   A few things that by now I assume you wish you either had known or done.  But for the sake of any newbies I'll recap.

1.  Unless you want people to know who you are use an anonymous handle and a fake city/state when signing up and posting on Rip-off Reports.  You didn't do this and that is no one's fault but yours.

2.  If you use a handle other than your real name do not use that same handle on other blogs that you post to - since these can then be found by anyone with a basic understanding of the internet using simple Google searches.  Once they match the two they will know who you are.

3.  Do not post pictures of yourself with your real name OR one of your posting handles attached to them on the internet in public forums unless you want other people and by other people I mean EVERYONE to know what you look like.  The same goes with your address, phone, and email.

4.  Understand the internet is forever.  Once it's posted it's there for all to see, it may drop down on search engines like Google over time but it never goes away.  Be careful what you put out there if you dont' want it coming back to you later.

5.  There is a group of highly intelligent people who post regularly on Rip Off reports.  They have been a great help those who are legitimately in need of help and they will expose those who lie or take advantage of others.  You've been exposed - take your licks and for heavens sake learn your lesson.  Do yourself a favor and just be quiet - for a long time.  In time people will forget and move on to other topics.  The more you fight this the longer and more embarrassing it will be for you.  The example made of Charles on a regular basis should be enough to prove my point.

You are probably in a panic right now.  Don't be.  No one is going to physically hurt you and in time the embarrassment will fade.  The only real question will be have you learned something from the experience.  For your sake I truly hope so.   Good luck.

I hope you will understand me this time and not be so unkind. Yes, I did resolve the issue. Student Federal Aid helped to consolodate the loans back in August of 2011. It is being paid up with Direct Loans. I used the story Secret Service to scare of the debt collectors.

Ill spare you the rest of her post where she admits lying about this Rip Off report in the interest of getting to an important point - that 3 days after posting the above and admitting she lied about this Rip Off report about the US Secret Service she filed yet ANOTHER false complaint about the US Secret Service CIA at the website below using a slightly different handle of fraudbug1.  Same EXACT wording as the report on Rip-Off  Reports.  I wonder what her husband thinks of her calling him stupid.  She even signed her name to the complaint.  I seriously thought it was not possible that anyone could be more delusional than Charles I admit now that I was wrong.  While I feel sorry for her to some extent, I will stop exposing her and embarrassing her when she stops posting this crap and lying.  I hope she will finally understand that.

I am studying to be a Criminal Justice Private Investigator. I in my spare time investigate into a lot of issues. Such as fraud, scam, homicide and any matter that needs investigating. However, one cold evening as I was minding my own busines in my own apartment watching t.v. and just relaxing with my husband. All of a sudden a we hear a strange knock at the door. I am upstairs in our bed room relaxing and watching t.v. and my husband was downstairs. He decides to open the door. Well all to my surprise two guys at the door. Both of them wearing black jackets and khaki pants and had short dark brown hair. One had no facial hair and was skinny and one guy had a mustache and was tall. They both gave me the creepies! All of a sudden they started to ask strange question. If I had made a threat to the President. I was shocked and upset. As I did not even know what it was all about. Then they said that they were Secret Service and acted like big shots and showed off their credentials. I became very nervous. It was like watching a James Bond movie only it was real! My stupid husband decides go along with them as he did not want to get in trouble. So he makes me cooperate with them. Sort of I do. But as I did not know why they were interogating me I got angry and started shouting at them. They kept making me feel awkwards like a criminal. I thought to myself that if this is how law enforcement is supposed to be like maybe I better change my field. But then I decided that this is what I wanted to do especially to go up against federal agencies like the Secret Service, FBI, US Department Of Education that also do things that are not right and speak out against it. So here I am speaking out against injustice towards a corruptive justice system that cares nothing about humanitarian view or to protect the rights of others. I felt my human rights were very much in violation and they did not even care and did not even appologize. So I kicked them out of the house. I felt so humiliated and scared and afraid to open the door. So I called and complained to the Secret Service and they acted like real jerks. All they said is our job is to protect the President. We don't care about you or about your rights it is about protecting the President and to see that no harm comes to him. But I said that I did not say nor do any thing that would harm anyone. I asked who would say something like that about me or who made the call and they would not say. I don't feel that is fare! I am a respectfull law abiding citizen and respectfull of all government officials and Presidents. I feel that it was wrong for them to treat me in this  disrespectfull way. It violated my rights and violated my privacy and they did not care! I feel strong injustice was done here and I have a right to protect my rights. So I am asking the Secret Services Of the United States Of America to kindly stay away from me! People just when you thought you were safe watch out!!!!! Becarefull!!!! Don't be a fool and don't open the door if you don't know who they are. Know your rights and protect yourself from such intrusion. So in a way I did get rippedoff! I got rippedoff of my privacy rights, civil rights, and human rights by the Secret Service. So no honor or respect will they ever get from me! Nor do I want them to ever cross my path again! Ladybug honey, you need to understand a few key things.  Just because you put your email out in the public domain along with your name does not mean you have been hacked and your identity stolen.  You are still trying to run from the fact of what you have posted out in the public domain under your own name.  There is nothing Google or Rip Off reports can do to help you if you are stupid enough to do that.  

I have not posted your phone # or your address here or anywhere else.  Your name, where you attend school, and your email address were already published by YOU out in the PUBLIC domain on PUBLIC websites because YOU put them there.  Neither I or anyone else has the power to remove them.  It may be prudent that you attempt to remove those you can.  While I may know your email address I do not have your password and I have NOT hacked your account nor do I appreciate you insinuating that I have.  It would be very apparent if I or anyone else had attempted to hack your account.  I can assure you your email account is safe and I have no intention of doing you any harm physical or otherwise.  And, I believe the same holds true for everyone else on this board.  But the real problem is none of us can protect you from your own stupidity.  

Quit trying to blame everyone else, quit trying to hide from what you did, and quit threatening people who won't let you hide from it. The more you try to dodge your responsibility and the more lies you tell the worse you make it for yourself.  If your reputation is impacted it is due to your own actions.  And if you continue with the lies and the threats of attorney's I will continue to publish them and bring them to light.  Please just stop with the bull-sh-t and take responsibility like a grown up.  I seriously cannot believe your arrogance that you are attempting to threaten Google and/or Rip Off reports with an attorney if they don't hide your sh-t.   I am going to suggest frankly it would be in your own best interest that you not post on public sites until you can clean up your act.

Complaint Letter to Google about Search Results

To google complaints department: This issue is in concerns to my safety as a google user. I feel I have been hacked and imposter has stolen my identity and has writen wrongfull and negative alligations against me that is affecting my life. I am asking that you compress all of my files in your google search sites as far as you can for I feel that my life and my personal information is at stake. My request is that I want to remain not recognizable in the google search engine for the fear of my safety. Especially in concerns with them they has hacked many of my personal files such as aol and many others without authorization and is putting negative reports against me on their websit.

I would appreciate if google address this concern with complaints. I tried to resolve the issue with them however they refuse to address my concern and safety issues of my identiy being tampered with. So I am requesting google to comply with my request to push back all google searches that are under the names that I have mentioned above especially the negative reports 839289 and 737158 these two reports to really be as far back in your archievs as possible. Also all other related articles or comments or any such reports online on any website that pulls up under the names that I have listed above.

I dont want my private information such as names that I have mentioned or phone number address or any information showing up on my name on your search engine at all. Education and hat also along with sites has put negative comments in regards to me wthout my authority. So please compress all of my files as far back as possible or my lifes safety is at stake. I do not wish to contact an attorney but may be necessary if my request is not respected. They is a reckless company and needs to be shut down immediately.

They have destroyed my peoples private information and ruined their reputation for no reason and google is continuing to allow this reckless company to still operate. I have complained in regards to this issue on many other government complaints agencies in hopes that better safety measures would be taken by google to address such fraudulent activities on the google search engine. Thank you very much for your cooperation with this issue.
 

I looked at #217454, just out of curiosity and read Bettys complaint. Its the usual crap about somebody complaining because their interest rate on a credit card was raised, despite a good credit history.  So what?  Its NOT your money!! It belongs to the credit card company and if a customer doesnt like the rate they are free to NOT use the card.

There were 96 replies and all but 4 were yours!  Bettys post was dated in September, 2007. There were a few responses (most of them were yours), then nothing between October of 2007 and February of 2008 when you posted another stupid poem.  Then NOTHING until August 2010 when you started your barrage of nonsensical, paranoid, off-topic, idiotic, STUPID poems.

OK - it appears Chitrita called Sam Glover's law office MULTIPLE times becuase he didn't agree with her whacky interpretation of a bill being introduced by Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar who wants to pout people in jail for posting a video performance of themselves if they sing a song of copyrighted material and it is viewed more than 10 times.  Or at least that is the general gist of the bill.

In any event, Sam got fed up and may have perphaps called her a troll.  Not sure and I can't be putting words into Sam's mouth.  This is an assumption on my part given the blog this woman posts on.  In any event Chitrita got upset about Sam not agreeing with her so she calls Lori Swanson the Minnesota Attorney General to complain about Sam.  That's right folks she says she called Lori Swanson.  I mean really this woman is absolutely wkacko. She then goes on and insults this very successful lawyer by saying he must have gotten his law degree from KMart.  Funny thing is Sam has done work for office of the US Public Defender.   I would think it would be stupid to piss off someone who could clearly help her (and she's going to need the help) given that she has lied about and slandered the US Secret Service and the US Dept. of Education.

I mean really, here is this woman, an immigrant with poor language skills, unemployed, and taking a correspondence associates degree course in criminal justice - and she thinks she is so incredibly smart that she is going to argue with someone like Sam and then stupid enough to think that the Minnesota Attorney General will believe a word she says.   I hope the US Secret Service does a smack down on her sorry a*s.

Charls and Karl have highjacked this thread - hey look a distraction!!   Saw a post at the end of a complaint Charls made against State Farm.  Was from someone named Joe (who clearly doens't know Charls).  Looked like this Joe fellow was very nice to Charls, did not insult Charls in any way, and offered up some ideas and advice to help him - but Charls did not respond thanking this poster who from what I can see was sincerely trying to help him. 

Charls apparently is much more interested in complaining versus replying to someone who looks to be on his side.  I knew Charles was a whiner but after viewing what has to be hundreds if not thousands of posts (whata waste of my time) I'm convinced now more than ever that he is a nut job.  No one in their right mind would keep coming back for this.  Below is a copy of a post I put on the Raptis thread.  I hope Raptis sues him for slander.

Apparently from what I can tell from all your prolific posts on countless threads you continue to take the abuse again and again even after whining and saying you won't take it any more.  You just keep coming back for more.   As far as my last count there appear to be hundreds of people (not companies, people) who think you are a nut job.   Charles, you must really like to get spanked - a lot.  Must miss it from your Mommy.

I have read your postes and responses....Its not that people dont like you because you speak your mind. its the type of things that are on your mind that make them think you are nuts. It is also easy for them to get you all worked up. So they do it, and then sit back and watch you get all fired up....kind of like some sort of entertainment...I have to agree with them, you are a riot. as for the original poster she is an absoult nut. I personally am glad the secret service has there eye on her. Somehow I feel alittle safer that they are keeping an eye on people that have the potential to be "extreem" She absoulty had to say something wrong somewhere, and they were just doing there job by investigating. They probly even added some pressure to her just to see what her response would be. Good job secret service!  Lucky for us it seems like her response to them would cause them to keep an even closer eye on her for the sake of national security. now im no "criminal justice major" just your average joe, but my wife does have a criminal justice degree....now she works in IT lol. but I would think if the secret service has any info that someone may be a threat to our president they should have every right to bang on there door, see what is up, pressure them, and ask any question they want

I read your complaint and rebuttal's. Personally im glad the sercret service does investigate people like you. I feel if they had some information on you (lets face it they had to have something or they wouldnt be there) it is there job to question you. I dont think they are there to make friends with you. They are there to see if you are actually a threat to national securty. They came in showed there cradentials and told you why they were there. They probly even put you on the spot alittle and made you uncomfortable to see your response...good for them great job. From what it sounds like your response may have caused them to keep an eye on you...That also makes me feel better. 

I would love to hear how you think the secret service should respond to an investigation that potentially threatens the security of our country.  

All people has ever wanted to do to me was provoke me to anger.  I don't know why i don't never bother anyone,  but i do the same things people do to me.

Hey there Moose #2.  At this point I think unfortunately we've proven the original poster is in fact a real person.  Unfortunately the same goes for Charles.  The folks on this board are pretty cool.  OK however is not a word I would use to describe Charles.   If you'll zip back through the posts and check out others like ROR #86105 I think you will come to a similar conclusion.  At this time there isn't much more we can do to help, or in this case report, the original poster - the work has been done and things just need to play out - therefore spending my time elsewhere.

The truth is i'm glad i live away from them.  I'm sure they cause their co-workers grief to.

I am new and was just passing by. This is too funny. Stacey I agree with you. This sounds like a politicians job with the elections going on and all. The rest of you are o.k. Charles if he exists sounds like ok but this op sounds like fake and could be from another country. They propbably wanted to come to the states but can't so they going around making up stories. Internet is a wide place and anybody could be writing from anywhere. Anyway I will be like the other moose and like go dark.

Thanks Stacey (with an E).  I think my next area of focus will be these people who make the annoying robo telemarketing calls from Account Services.  A scam where they try to sucker in people who have lots of credit card debt (that wouldn't be me) and get them to provide their credit card # and or bank account # so they can steal from them.  Got another annoying call from them yesterday on my cell phone.  They always call the cell never the land line.  Anyway, I strung them along for about 10 minutes figuring any of their time I was taking was time they couldn't be scamming someone.  Looks like there are a few threads dedicated to these scammers so I'm off to see if I can help anyone shut them down.  Hope they are prepared to meet their Moosey Fate.

No, I haven't heard from the school yet, but that doesn't surprise me. If they're smart, they'll investigate it and the OP will post an update about how she's going to me report to [fill in the blank with your favorite government agency].

Since you seem to be a newcomer here, let me add my own observation on these kinds of posts. The OP will post something outlandish, then be called on it by me, Stacey, the Roberts (there are two) and a few other regulars. Then Charles will jump in and there will be lots of name calling. Then Karl starts posting his idiotic and paranoid poems. The OP will never come back and the thread has deteriorated into BS.

I think this post has reached that point. I'll check back for the interesting replies, but tend to ignore Charles (just plain dumb) and Karl (his poems speak for themselves, and some of the links will give you a virus).

As for Charles being real, I think he is. He's posted some original stuff over the last few years, all with the same "somebody did me wrong and it's not my fault" theme.

Hey Truthsayer, I am wondering are we sure Charles is actually a real person and not some computer program?  The sheer volume of postings by this person and/or thing and the similarity - "i'm being abused, i don't have to take this, you are all dumbasses, i told the truth, i been wronged, etc. etc. makes me wonder if thiere is a program somewhere that reads what we post and then spews out some garbled mix of poorly constructed miss spelled posts.   It just seems beyond amazing to me that one person could have the time to do all of this.  I mean heck I'm 62 years old and a bit slower than I used to be but since I'm retired I can spend time doing this and even I can't keep up with the volume Charles posts - which may account for the poor quality of his posts.   Also Rip Off reports runs a bit slow due to what appears to be a filter/approval process. 

Do you have personal knowledge that Charles is an actual real person?  Just wondering.   If a real person then holy WOW can't believe he hasn't been institutionalized by now.  If a computer program then that raises other questions we should be considering.

You are not really not convincing me.  She seems to be a very nice and respectful young lady which is more than I can say for you.  I can tell you this for certainty Charles, you would not have made it through basic training the way you whine.  And, you would not have lasted a day in my unit much less an hour.

And to Moose love the handle.   Had a guy in my unit in Nam that went by the same name.  Not Canadian though I think he was from South Carolina.  Big guy, nobody messed with him, but also a good kid and respectful unlike this Charles character.

No Charls that's not it.   The people on this board have PROVEN with actual PROOF that the original poster lied and had not in fact had her civil rights violated.  In fact she actually ADMITTED it right here on this thread.   The truth has been exposed.   Unfortunately so have you.

Please dont take this the wrong way, but Im going to respectfully disagree with you.  Taking aside that the one posting from Tagurit which is a bit arrogant regarding the salary issue (and I think a poke at this Charles person not the original poster) - the real issue it appears is the original poster the immigrant did in fact do what was stated.  Therefore I am not sure how it can be considered slander.  If Im reading the sequence of events properly and the posts properly it would appear this person first posted a lie about the Secret Service, was then exposed, then lied again and threatened to report the posters who exposed her lies, the second lie also exposed, and then additional threats of reporting posters who exposed her second lie.  It appears this individual has a history of contacting all kinds of Federal and State authorities (thereby wasting tax dollars even more precious in a 50K salary range) and even apparently going so far as to call a lawyer about a blog post of his she didnt agree with. This original poster appears to believe she is above the law and while the lash back from the posting community on this report may appear to be excessive, Im not entirely sure its unwarranted.  At the very least this woman needs to seek some mental health intervention.  As for the remainder of the postings they appear to be in regards to someone else named Charles and not directed at the immigrant (original poster).  

But again this is just my read on the whole thing.

ME: You are not a private investigator.  Nor are you studying for your Masters in Criminal Justice.  You are in a correspondence course for an Associates Degree.  You werent slandered you were called the idiot you are for lying and filing a false report against the US Secret Service and the US Dept. of Education.

and have reported you to Consumer Affairs and Federal Trade Commission and I will file a formal police report against you to your police department at Plano TX and also for the other guy Jeanski and Lorenzo. I will also file a report against this company to other federal reporting agencies. Also will make many copies of these harassing remarks and complain to the BBB and make a formal police report and a criminal harassment investigations against this company for slander and threat charges.

ME: Really WOW.  Let me point out a few problems with your actions:

(1) You have to know who I am and where I live in order to file a complaint.   Plano has well over 259,841 residents as of the 2010 US Census assuming of course that is actually where I still live good luck finding me really.  Here are a few key questions to think about What is my real name? Where do I live? What is my phone #?  Oh thats right you dont know even though you are supposedly a private investigator.  So - exactly what do you think the police, Consumer Affairs, the FTC, or the BBB will do for you without this information?  And by the way I personally happen to know several people at the Plano police department as my brother is an officer in another city in Texas.   Im pretty darn sure I know whos side they would take on this one.  I can also assure you the police department does not take kindly to filing of false reports (as yours would be) any more than the US Secret Service.   But hey you go right ahead and create more trouble for yourself if that is even possible at this time.

(2) All of your prior complaints to officials have been in your own words denied because they already know you are a whacko.  I predict all of these complaints will go straight into the trash bin as well.  Go ahead knock yourself out.   And lastly, I do NOT take kindly to threats.   Keep it up and my next call will be to the Secret Service in Richmond VA pointing them to your false complaint.   Unlike you I actually know your real name, address, email, and phone #.  Do you really want to keep threatening me?  REALLY?

Thank you dear.   While I am now a proud grandfather of 6 (2 boys 4 girls) I fear had I fought in Pearl Harbor I would be probably be dead by now.   My first front line active duty was at the tail end of Vietnam.  I still hate flying in helicopters to this day.  Having completed that tour I went back to school and completed my Masters in Engineering and then went to work for TI in their missle guidance department.   In my last two tours Kuwait and Iraq respectively, my role was more behind the lines leveraging my background in missle guidance and signal interception.

I don't have a five hundred k a year job (I am happy with fifty) and I don't know much about the law except how not to break it. But I do know that I would get no enjoyment whatsoever from slandering an obviously unbalanced immigrant on a global forum. She has issues. Let her be.

First - question for Chuckles.  Just curious - no need to come back with any more "words of wisdom" or "donkey boy-isms"......I have read in countless other posts by you that "you were not going to take it anymore".  Do you care to elaborate on what exactly that means?  It comes off as an empty threat. 

Also - in above post #50 - you said that you do not spend every second of the day worrying about what other posters like tagurit say about you.  But it seems that you spend an awful large portion of your day just "waiting" to read replies to respond to.  It seems SO absurd that I actually thought for a moment that maybe, just maybe, you actually are someone quite normal with an odd sense of humor trying to get a rise out of other posters by creating a fictional character, "Charles", and randomly posting jibberish crap. 

However, I reviewed just a FEW of your rants over the past few evenings (it's become a comic relief to relax me after LONG days at the office, a.k.a - a J.O.B.!).  It's taken me several days to read over only a few recent posts you ranted on - no telling how many more there are.  In the time it took me to review only a fraction of the posts you put out there - you have to be the person you are unfortunately proud to be!  WOW!!!  No one else could possibly hold down a job while responding the way you do.  So - for what it's worth - I feel that these posts are YOUR social life!  You never step away from your computer.  Maybe you live in a basement at your mom's house?  So - per my question - what does it mean by "you're not going to take it anymore".  Get a real education? Pay a bill? Get a job?

As for Chitrita - I think you've dug your own hole here.  You shrug it off saying it's been resolved so everyone needs to back off.  Well - when you clicked the agreement stating that everything that goes on ROR stays on permanently - you were acknowledging that there was NO taking it back.  I'm not going to throw any insults at you - I think if you have not realized the additional hardship you've created on yourself - you will in the near future.  It's one thing to default on a loan and have bill collectors attempt to collect a debt.  You're in a totally different league when involving accusations against the Secret Service.  A very close friend of mine is a Secret Service agent.  Several years ago, I remember a couple agents showing up unexpectedly at my home to question (interrogate?) my husband and myself since we were known friends of his.  Thru him, I've become closely aquainted with several other agents.  They take their jobs very seriously and it is no simple process to qualify and be accepted. when My advice is to tread very lightly making any type of false allegations against the Secret Service or the U.S. Gov't.  Especially since they have accepted you from India, Mexico - or wherever you're from. 

Jeanski did a wise thing by taking the time and making the appropriate contacts.  It seems obvious these posts/complaints are being reviewed consistently by a group of very smart, educated individuals from all over who - as you're about to find out - have ties and contacts that could help you if needed, or bust you when caught lying.   

Do the people who post here have your home address or phone number? If not then you are posting here using your own free will...and others are responding using their own free will. You have the freedom of choice to come to this website or not. If it bothers you that much what others say I have a REALLY simple solution. Do not log onto this site. 

I have not seen ONE single reply or post try to take away your right to speak your mind. All I see is you crying like a  baby that you are so offended that others are trying to take away your right to post when no one has. You essentially seem like a dillusional retard.

You have ADMITTED to being thrown out and BARRED from several businesses.  You ADMIT to having problems with, and being "harassed" by, the Phenix City Police Dept., and you believe that they are involved in a conspiracy with the Alabama Judicial System against you.

But only regarding this specific sentence.   "This site was to help people & give them advice."   So here is my question, exactly how have you helped other people with your advice.  Please provide specifics - report #'s from Ripoff reports would suffice.   Tell you what you do that and I'll respond with all the dozens of Ripoff report posts where I have provided advice and in some cases with the assistance of my uncle legal suggestions to inviduals being wrongfully pursued for debts that are not theirs.   Pardon me if I get angry at those who abuse this site by lying about their situation and not being honest if they do owe a debt.   In particular I was upset with Ladybug as she lied about the Secret Service - particularly since she has a Federal loan/grant for college.  A loan being paid for by my hard earned Federal tax dollars.   I will go out of my way to help those that truly deserve it I will also go out of my way to embarras those who lie.  

So Charles, since you have resorted to numerous posts which could be considered harrassment by your terms and you have called people on this thread and others nasty names for not agreeing with you I am wondering - if in fact there were a cyberbullying law that covered these communications on ROR then please enlighten us as to how you yourself would be exempt from it.   Or, for that matter how it would be enforceable since your participation on this site is voluntary.

Somehow I do not think such a law would cover the sick compulsion of someone who continues to come here to be "harrassed".

Common types of intellectual property rights include copyrights, trademarks, patents, industrial design rights and trade secrets.   Since neither you or your pathetic opinions fall into any of these categories I can say whatever I darn well want about you.  Furthermore, as we know you have (1) no intellect, and (2) no intellectual property rights, then its a sure bet Im pretty safe calling you the idiot d****e bag that you are.

I hope you will understand me this time and not be so unkind. Yes, I did resolve the issue. Student Federal Aid helped to consolodate the loans back in August of 2011. It is being paid up with Direct Loans. I used the story Secret Service to scare of the debt collectors. And every thing else was the truth. I had to change my name because you were being so unreasonable and forcefull. But if you try to be nice to people than you might get a better response. I was just saying all that other stuff to scare those debt collectors off. There is nothing else for me to say other than I hope that you all will no that you did resolve part of the issue of scaring those nasty debt collectors off. Yes, I still owe the government money and that was my responsiblity. But we don't default on purose and we are not criminal because we do. Just circumstances of financial burden does add up. But any way Direct Loans and the Federal Student Aid Ombudsmans office did clear up all the loan issue with Educational Credit Management Corporation. So now you know the truth. So I hope now we can all move on from this issue. And yes I did a fraud alert for all the credit agencies and the police report was also made. The debt collectors since have not returned. So at least thanks for that. So now I can move on with my responsiblity of my debt. And my studies with Criminal Justice at Ashworth College.

ME:  If all these loans were consolidated back in August and everything is OK then why did you post this report on Feb. 14, 2012 about the Secret Service violating your rights.   Chitrita, this has nothing to do with my being nice is has to do with you lying plain and simple.   If you tell the truth Im nice, if you lie, Im not.   This is about YOU not about ME.  YOU are the one who posted false information about the US Secret Service in an effort to avoid your responsibilities with the debt collectors.   I truly hope for your sake there are no serious repercussions for that not that I will be doing anything to bring that down on you but keep in mind this is a public forum and you posted two items next to each other "US Secret Service" and "violated my civil rights".   That in of itself is certain to invite scrutiny in certain circles.  While I do indeed feel sorry for you I  can't fix stupid.

ME:  Frankly, I do not care that you were angry.  You were in the wrong and I and every other person who posted on this report were absolutely in the right to do what we did.  The fact you still feel we were wrong for what we did and for calling you out on it confirms you are delusional.   Rip-off Reports is a forum to be used for people who have LEGITIMATELY been scammed, not for people who lie and then attempt to place the blame on someone else.  Regarding your sending out complaints against me I truly dont even know how is that possible when you dont even know who I am or where I am.  Unlike you I am not foolish enough to use my real name like you have (Chitrita Dumire), tell people where I go to school (Ashworth Norcross) or use a handle (Ladybug2012 & MrLadybug2012) that I use on other discussion boards or even an IP address that can be traced.   Your changing your handle on this report and others does not undo that we all already know who you are.  And, for the record I am not in the least worried because I know any complaint you send out about me will be ignored as have all the others.   Best of luck to you going forward.   I hope you have learned your lesson.   And, please take the advice from others on this board and find another field of study Criminal Justice is clearly not the place for you.

Apparently he has been at this for 10 years and still has not learned his lesson.  Likes to call people like you and me ignorant when he can't put together a grammatically correct, complete, not to mention coherent sentence.  

I love it really.  He calls me ignorant but I hold two degrees and consistenly pull down North of $250K a year, own my own house, and have a credit score of 832.  And, unlike him I can actually put together a coherent and grammatically correct sentence.   Additionally, I didn't get where I am because I had rich parents or won the lottery.   My parents scrapped by all their life but also managed to get through college and own their own home.  I put myself through college working full time and going to school full time. Nobody paid my way.  Nobody handed it to me. When I started out I held down two jobs to save up money to buy furniture and my first car.

Charles offers no proof of how he has been wronged, no proof of gainful employment, and certainly no proof he actually has more than two brain cells.   Others on this post call him Donkey Boy.   I think that is an apt description of this loser.   Wow - we are not the only ones that have figured out he is a nut job.  Hey I know - he and this Chitrita chick should get together.  Bet they would have a great confab.  Only concern I would have is that they might actually breed and we would be up to our eyeballs in idiots.

The reality is losers that whine and post like this just want to blame everything that happens to them on others rather than getting off their asses and taking care of business.   The only two people on this board calling you and me idiots are the OP and Charles.  I think that says something don't you?

Unfortunately Sandra I don't think there is any Rosa.   I think Ladybug2011 aka Chitrita Dumire aka Rita Dumire is the original culprit.  There are postings on a multitude of public boards, complaint forums, MySpace, FaceBook, etc. etc. going back to May of 2011 all mentioning the same issue around GC and ECMC collectors, etc.   The language is exactly the same and her picture is posted alongside each posting and matches her picture on LinkedIn.  Additionally, Chitrita has been sent emails to her private email account and to her account linked to her LinkedIn profile and there has been no response.  If in fact her identity had been stolen by this fictional Rosa person I would imagine this Rita Dumire person would be quite vocal in saying so.

Glad to know you are enjoying our little show.  Stick around as I would not be surprised if this Marinedude person has something to say to to Charles.   I love when Charles posts - he makes me laugh and I dearly love to laugh.   Aka his nickname Chuckles.

Ill explain what caught my attention about the original posting.  This Ladybug2001 person made a comment about the Secret Service violating her rights.  As a member of the military branch, 3 tours now retired, I found myself puzzled by the original posters comment as it made little sense. That is simply not how the Secret Service operates. The poster right after her, Jeanski, asked some very important questions and commented that the poster should be careful about posting about the Secret Service without significant facts to back it up.  Not bad advice as the government has the means to automatically capture and route for review content from public discussion boards.  I dont believe Jeanski was trying to tell the poster they couldnt post something I think she was giving the poster some sound advice.  Very good advice I would say as it turns out in later threads that the original poster was in fact lying (by her own admission) and had made up the whole thing about the Secret Service.  

As a member of the military branch Im offended.  This Ladybug person lied about multiple things, attempted to smear the reputation of the Secret Service, and then tried to tell other posters what they could and could not say.  In other words the original poster the one you were apparently trying to defend was the one telling everyone what they could and could not post and was the one lying and scamming the Federal government.  At no time did these other posters tell either the original poster or you that you couldnt post whatever you wanted or that they would sue you.  They merely cautioned you to make sure your facts were straight good advice if you ask me.   But it appears that rather than engaging in this discourse with factual data that would either prove or disprove the original posters claims and or offer substantive advice to that person, you chose instead to assume that the original poster (an apparent whacko) was right and everyone else was wrong. 
It appears to me that Ripoff Reports provides a valuable service to those that have truly been wronged.  Clearly in this case the original poster was not a victim.   I am curious though Charles, can you point me to either a situation in which you legitimately a victim or one in which you have posted thoughtful and truly helpful advice to someone else who has been scammed?     If you can point me to one, Im willing to review it and possibly change my opinion of you.   On a final note, I should tell you that name calling of military people like myself who fight to make sure you get to keep your rights is not the way to earn my respect.

Just an update to everyone else on this thread.  I had a friend of mine by the name of Jess drop an email to the personal AOL account of Chitrita Dumire pointing her to this report.   Yes, I was able to find her personal AOL email account. 

Interestingly enough Jess has not received a response back.  If Chitrita does a google search on her name she will see all of the numerous postings Ive listed above along with her picture next to them.  The same picture in her profile on LinkedIn.   So there are two possible scenarios here.   (1) someone by the name of Rosa has taken Chitritas identity and in doing so has slandered her across the internet and invited scrutiny by the Feds, (2) the poster is in fact Chitrita Dumire in which case she is mentally unstable and needs to be hospitalized.   Posting the things she has is not the mark of a normal or emotionally stable individual.  

Chitrita or Rosa we all await your reply.

Hello, I am a Private Investigator and I feel I have been frauded by the US Department Of Education to pay for a loan that unauthorized/signature and unauthorized/payment not made nor were any loans were disbursed by me or my husband. Howev...er, Direct Loan's insists on charging me for a loan that I never applied for nor for a college I never went to or applied for. They say I owe a loan for a college Centura College which I never went to. A Guarantee agnecy name ECMC owner Richard Boyle St. Paul MN 800-780-7997 fraudulently signed me on to a school Centura College along with the school and stole my federal income taxes worth $3,000.00 and then sold the loan to Direct Loan Obama's consolodation program unauthorized by me and forcing me to still pay for that fraudulent loan. I filed a complaint to Inspector Gen. Kathaleen Thige and also to my congressman Robert C. Scott whom is helping me to get the fraudulent loan discharged. Many people are being wrong this way and it needs to stop. I also reported the issue to the state council of hiher education of VA but they refuse to listen. I complained to Feder Aid Ombudsmans Office and they also did nothing. I complain to the Attorney General Of VA. And again I was refused. I went to NBC Channel 12 on yourside here in Richmond, VA where I live and they also refuse. This is injustice!See More

I tried to file a complaint twice to the Direct Loans Servicing Center in regards to this fraudulent loan that I don't owe but they refuse to listen forcing me and my husband to pay for a loan not authorized by either of us. I went to only ...two school which is recorded on the NSLD records and they were both paid and one school American Business Institute I went to 20 years ago was paid and closed. But this ECMC and Centura College is blaming American Business Institue for this fraudulent tansactions of the loans but on the NSLD reconds shows their names and Direct Loan consolodation. So they are lieing and forcing a fraudulent loan on me and my husband to pay! That is injustice to the max! So I am asking for Arne Duncan's assistance in this issue to have this fraudulent loan issue resolved and discharged as soon as possible or I have no other choice but to file a law suite against US Department Of Education for fraud, embezzlement, identity theft, miss management of federal funds, forgery, and extortion!See More

I am dealing with two companies creditors that has a bad rap sheet. I wanted to make sure I spelled rap right and knew what it actually meant before I used the word to make a complaint to both of the creditors I am dealing with like in a bad rap sheet. And the creditors I am talking about are Educational Credit Management Corporation or ECMC in St. Paul MN and GC Services in Columbus, Ohio. If anyone has any encounters with them please get help as soon as possible!

Rebeca was definetly murdered in the first degree! I have been protesting this with the Coronado police department and also San Diego Sheriff's department. I also called the CA Governer Brown to help re open the case and re examine the case as a double homicide. The boy was also murdered. And I believe that Adam Shacknai had everything to do with it. I am a Criminal Justice student and studying this case led me to believe that murder was very evident not suicide!

I feel that if everyone spoke loud enough in regards to the injustice that Rebeca had suffered in wrongfull acusation on her own death than the police and the sheriff's department would have no choice but to re oopen the case and re due the case as a homicide and not a suicide!

The truth about me: I not a criminal justice private investigator nor do I have any issues with the Secret Service. Those two guys were debt collectors. I don't go to Ashworth College and my name is not really Chitrita Dumire. I just picked that name because it sounds good. But who ever she is did not deserve to be treated this way. So I am telling the truth. Yes my english is bad because I am a hispanic laday and my real name is Rosa and not Chitrita. Sorry about all that. Yes I was having issues with debt collectors and student loans. But I admit that Tagurit straightened me out. And that was a medical school loan I was having issues with. But now thanks to Tagurit I got everything straight. I used the story about Secret Service men because I wanted to scare off those debt collectors so they did not bother me any more. Well thanks to your help it worked. And they did not ever come back. I work as a nurses aid at a nursing home in West Virginia not Richmond, VA. My husbad is from West Virginia and I am really from Mexico but am an American citizen but lived here for over 30 years. But now thanks to your post the debt collectors from ECMC did not bother me any more. But yes I have straighted out my student loans and paying in good standing. I hope that this time all is clear now. I really just wanted to scare of those bad debt collectors and now thanks to your help I think that I have. Take Care. Rosa. Okay chuckie/charles/chuckles/charlie or whatever other name you go by, I made an actually comment about the post.  It had nothin to do with your meaningless ramblings.  At first I was really tempted to be mean to you, but then when I realized you have done this for 10 years, it was obvious that you have a serious mental disability.  Because of your obvious mental insufficiency, I didn't want to be mean.

But sense you started the topic, there is someone that everyone should be me to.  Your mother. Because she obviously did a pitiful job of raising children.  But even more importantly, I know someone who you can sue, and would actually win against.  The state of Alabama.  No government should EVER allow a woman who raised somebody like you to have children.  And sense you seem to be unable to keep the most simple jobs in the history of the world, the state of Alabama should pay back your mother for all the money she has put into you over the years.  I would tell you to go try to be a walmart greeter but I don't want another conspiracy theory to start about them.  Give your mother my best.

To Tagurit:  Great post!  Very thorough :-)  It also explains why, in her initial post, she said she wanted to go up against the big federal agencies. I couldn't figure out why she would include the Department of Education along with the others. Now that I know she defaulted on her loans, it explains a lot!   But that also gave me a great idea...

To Chitrita:  I decided to make it easier for you to get your message of persecution out (no thanks necessary). I sent a brief note and a link to this page to Dr. Gargiulo, (Vice President, Education and Product Development at Ashworth).  Perhaps she can help as well.  Since Ashworth is an online school they must have an expansive network of students and faculty all over the country.

First there is no Treasury Offset "Law" Chitrita, you are certainly not learning anything at Norcross.  What there is a Treasury Offset Program.   Here is exactly what it means - pursuant to statutory mandate, since 1986 the Department has referred millions of defaulted student loan debts and grant claims to the Department of the Treasury (Treasury) for collection by offset against federal and/or state income tax refunds and any other payments authorized by law. The Department can request that Treasury arrange an offset to collect any defaulted student loan debt or grant claim that is being serviced by the Department or on which the Department has made a reinsurance payment to a guaranty agency.

In a nutshell you didn't pay on your student loans like the loser that you are and so they took the money from your Income Tax return.  Good for them.  I am sick and tired of underwriting and funding losers like you with my tax dollars.  Get a f****** job.

I came here to get some help but since all I am getting is attacked so I did take your advise I filed a police report today and did take your advise and put a fraud alert on all of my credit agencies like TransUnion and Equifax, and Experian, sorry about my spelling and I was telling the truth about everything. I finally did get a call from a local law office which is very good with debt issues. I do pay my bills but everyoe has bill issues and sometimes very hard to clear up. But I am getting this issue on the right track. I was very angry and upset with this issue for a long time and could not find any solution so I came to you guys. However, things got out of hand and that is not what I intended to do. So I am starting by saying sorry for getting so upset. But I do see the point that you are making. Those guys probably were debt collectors and acted as Secret Service agents. ECMC is a collections agency after all. And now my debt or loans are being handled by Direct Loans and Student Federal Aid. They have been very excellent in assisting me on the whole mess with my loans. But now it is in good standing as I had consolodated with direct loans and they did help put a fraud alert on my account. So looks like after all thanks to all your advise every thing is on the right track. I did not mean for things to get this ugly. I was just very frustrated and angry so that is why my spelling was messed up. Congressman Robert C. Scotts Office is getting stuff straight with my loans. I had no intension for this issue to be so intense. Also I have been making regular payments to direct loans and alot of the debt is down now. ECMC did assist in the consolodation process so everything is going in the right direction. Sorry for the confusion and the upset. Understanding student loans can be a difficult issue. I am writing in regards to GC Service they are the ones that has this number 8668279670. Another creditor by the name of Educational Credit Management Corporation from St. Paul MN sent all of my information without my knowledge to this collections agency which they are also like a subsidiary to ECMC. I had two student loans that were in default at ECMC and when I wanted to consolodate to William D. Ford foundation or Direct Loans they all of a sudden said that my account was no longer with ECMC but with this GC Services. I was very upset with ECMC and just this year they also stole my federal taxes without my knowledge also. I want to stop these two companies from ruiening my life. Please help to put a stop to these abusive creditors.

OK - you just proved a point in my earlier post.  You filed a false Ripoff report on ECMC because YOU DEFAULTED on a loan.  YOU didn't pay your bills.   When YOU fail to pay YOUR obligations the creditor is ENTITLED to send the account to any collections agency they want and they are NOT required by law to notify your sorry a*s.  They didn't steal your taxes - you had a FEDERAl loan with the FEDERAL government that you WERE NOT PAYING by your OWN admission so they did what they were LEGALLY entitled to do - they took your tax return.  Maybe you should be actually USING those classes in Criminal Justice to LEARN how to be a responsible US Citizen.   I predict you will NEVER graduate because you are (in my opinion) an IGNORANT LOSER.  You want to threaten me and you don't even know who I am and where I live.  You however are so stupid you posted a picture of yourself.  I know exactly where you live, how old you are and that you are married to

My situation is rather complicated and refers to people on facebook that has been harrassing since last September of 2009. I don't even know these people. And it started very innocently by me just giving someone a friendly friends request. It was a man and I thought at first he was very nice the name is XXXXX XXXXX XXXX own and operate a business that is also on the facebook called Janelles of Chesapeake. And it is an event planning business. The situation however ended up in a confrontation with them in regards XXXXX XXXXX Rawlins friends request to me. The wife Mrs. Zina Rawlins threatened me wrongfully by saying I was having an affair with her husband. However, this man found my phone number from my facebook and started called and harrasing me for 3 months and I tried to complaine to facebook but instead I got threatened because I confronted the issue with the Rawlins. The Rawlins family has been threatening me ever since for no reason and now facebook is saying I am a dilquaint and is blocking from sending any messages. They had threatened me for over a year like this for no appearant reason. Why then is facebook not recognizing this issue and putting the fault on me. This is very upsetting these people need to be removed from facebook and I am the one that did no wrong getting all the blame. This is causing me great trauma. And facebook is not doing anything in my favour. I would like this block removed immediately so I can send messages to my family whom is in India. I personally think that she is doing everyone a favour by protecting the copyrights of everyones personal work from the invasions of priates that could do more financial damage than you think. I am a Criminal Justice student masters degree programe online Ashworth University Norcross, GA. I myself signed for the bill to pass for the President to sign. And I think it possiblly will. So it is not about congress or music but about everyones rights to be protected! So those that want the bill is entiled to that and no one has the right to say otherwise as each opinion is a personal issue and not a political nor a criminal act but rather a decision based on protecting peoples rights! So I feel that everyone needs to take a good look at the bill before any negative comment is made! Knowledge is power!

I think you need to adust your knowledge about the law before you make alligation on a subject that you are not clear of. No has said that any one is going to jail. You just all are saying that just to put a wrong controversy on this bill. And I am not buying any of it. I believe in this law like people believe in God and I believe he has a purpose for this law. It is his will that governs not ours. This law protect the copyrigths and people that want that has a right to want their copyrights to be protect. Amy Klobauchar never mentioned anyone going to jail! So before you decide to put any alligations on this law you must have concrete proof. The law is going through. So I wellcome any critisisim of this ignorance that everyone is trying to put against a law that I feel will do a lot of good. So go ahead and put up your videos. If no one come to cuff you than I will think that you would only give a benefit of a doubt rather than puting a guilt trip on this law. Not unless you all have some to admit as to why this law should not be passing. But regardless of opinions this law will pass and no one will go to jail especially not Justin Bieber. I belive that there should be certain ruels and regulations and restrictions to follow and that is only for everyones own good. So no amount of alligations towards this law is going harness any change in my feelings about the law. It will pass. Nothing else is going to change expect I hope that people ignorance about this law will! GOD always has a plan and a purpose for every thing. And I am just his assistance to make sure that his plan does not faulter and I dont think it will!

Another thing I want to add especially to Justin that he does have a good talent but he is young and really needs to learn to talk to his elders with more respect especially to the officials of the governemt. I am speaking out to him this way because I know that I may never meet him in person. All I am trying to say is that he just needs to make good choices in his life. He loves music and that is a good thing. And more than any thing I dont want to hurt him but only wish him well and with his business. The law will not take that away from him and wont take anything away from his fans either. I hve listened to many of his music and very impressed with his talent at such a young age. However, my feelings are still strong about this law to pass. And this is my message to you all from my heart that anger is not the way to see things. Only the light can guide us teach us and give us inspiration and hope. So that is what I leave you all with my sprit of hope and love and respect and knowledge. I may never see Justine nor he may never see me but my spirt will always be with you all. Thank you for giving me a chance to share my thoughts. You will never hear or see of me again. If you are in opposition to the bill than please contact your legislation and discus the situation in a way that is not harming anyone! Like name calling or giving a smart remakr especially the one that was made to me by Sam Glover. If you are a report or a writer your standards really need to imporove and if name calling and inappropriate remarkes continue to slander the bill and anyone that believes in it I will have to report the issue to appropriate authorities. Also since we are all protected by the freedom of speach act I know what is going on with this exactly, so that is why I stepped up to the plate to protect the law and the rights of the people that made the law and wanted the law. Bieber doesnt want the law because it puts restriction on his streaming his music vedios on facebook, myspace, and the like so he is getting as much leverage as he can to oppose the restriction. The law does restriction his music venture but it wont put him in jail as long as he and others that are opposition to this law abides by the rules and regulations that may put some restrictions on the excessive streaming and I do agree with that and that it will protect the copyrights of those whose wishes to protect the originality of their work without other pirates from taking over thus which will allow these pirates to control other peoples copyrights and that would make it illegal. As long as Bieber abides by this law and the restriction and ruels and regaulations that go along with it there is no reason where he is going to go to jail. Anything excessive that may hinder the protections of other peoples work is illegal bottom line!!! He or you can cry like a baby all you want but the point is all the law is doing is regulating him and that is why he is crying the blues, but it wont put him in jail as long as the restrictions are followed and that is for everyones good bottom line and has nothing to do with anyone having to go to prison as long as they abide by those restrictions BOTTOM LINE AND END OF THIS DISCUSSION!! ANY OTHER SPECIFICS NEED TO BE PROPERLY ADDRESSED WITH AMY KLOBACHUAR! No I am not a computer troll. I never do any thing deliberately. Now I know who you are a typical lawyer. And my point was only to speak out that was all. And for your information I do have dealings with that state. Its a company by the name of Educational Credit Management Corp. owned and operated by Richard J. Boyle. My student loans were by that company but they were giving me a lot of trouble. But your state Attorney General Lori Swanson had helped me out to settle the debt and now the loan is with Direct Loans or with the Feds. So technically now I am owned by the federal gevernement thank to Lori Swanson. Since I had appreciated her help I decided to help your state back. So when I heard about this law that Amy Klobaucher and Senator Chris Coon is trying to pass I got involved in helping them pass this law. I had to study this law first before I said anything so that is what I set out to do. It took me a month to really study this law. So I did. And for your information I really am a Criminal Justice Student and since I owe this student loan debt to the government I have taken also the liberty to help support the government in any government related issues and also help in the side with any other crime for free as I dont have my degree yet I plan to complet my masters in 2015 sometimes. I am from India Kolkata. Been here in the states for over 30 years. I am 48 years old maried for 10 years. Have three step kids and five grand kids. And the rest of my family is all over the world and even some wher Justine Bieber is from Canada. I was just a bit upset as to why this kid would oppos to this law and slander a government official whom has no intension of may him or any one go to jail. I also help all type off government related issues even terrorism. But I work for free because I am owned by them. I do pay my loan and as a service I continue this work to make sure that everyones rights are protected. However, I will respect your request to leave you a lone. Maybe I missed something but I found this directly from the S.978 To amend the criminal penalty provision for criminal infringement of a copyright, and for other purposes. (Reported in Senate RS) on more than 1 site.

ohhhhhh, silly me and I did read it (the Bill), but in English and I did not see any exceptions like if you are only big corporations and not a 12 year old and if you didnt really mean toseriously, get a clue people. Bills are to create laws that law enforcement is to follow as it is stated, not by what some one thinks it is supposed to mean. If the Bill is intended to exclude or only mean a specific group of people or corporations, then it needs to state that.

The purpose of this legislation for s.978 is not to go after your friends and family who try to enjoy and recreate the music they love. The bill is an effort to go after those who try and use the frofessional work of the music industry unfairly and are trying to make money off of these unfair practices. In another words steeling other peoples copyrights and whithout their knowledge selling it and illegaly without the original music industries permission has nothing to do with Justin Bieber puting up personal vedios. You may be right about the purpose of the bill, but that is not what the bill says. The bill would make it a felony for anyone to post a video of themselves singing along with a song. It doesnt matter if they sell the video. It doesnt matter if they make money off the video. Its a felony either way. (Felony equals jail time, by the way.)
I also think the bill runs roughshod over fair use, since such activity would ordinarily fall comfortably within the fair use exception.
Ive read the bill. I cant believe you have, because you seem to have no idea what it says.

Oh I forgot! I did read the bill and I do know what the word FELLONY means! But the bill does not apply to what you are saying. It is only for industries like big movie or music companies like Tri-Star an it still does not aply to personal use. The word fellony is their however you probably along with many others misunderstood. It is just like when a big student loan guarantor Educational Credit Management Corp. had wrongfully offset my federal income taxes this year without abiding by the offeset treasury law. And your Attorney General Lori Swanson caught that. That is the same as the law s.978 it is only meant for big companies that misuse the privilages of the rules and regulations and not for personal use like ECMC was trying to do with my taxes, they were embezzling from me and that would mean a fellony and that is what Amy is meaning with the word useage of Fellony and not on a personal level.

As someone who has some actual knowledge of how the Secret Service operates I find it unusual they would show up on your doorstep unless you had done something quite serious.  Trust me they have far better things to do with their time.   Had this been the case they would have clearly identified themselves, presented their credentials, told you why they were questioning you, and provided you with a warrant and copy of the complaint (ie. the reason they showed up on your doorstep).   You mention none of this which is why I seriously doubt they were in fact Secret Service.   Rather, I suspect they were the debt collectors you reference in another Ripoff Report # 737158 the contents of which are listed at the bottom of my post here.

If you put this kind of information out here then you need to be prepared for people to dig in to fully understand the specifics and verify your complaint.   My initial post on your other Ripoff report regarding ECMC debt collection was an attempt to help you clear up the situation had fraud actually been committed against you.   I am seriously beginning to doubt you have been the victim of fraud after reading this report as well as the follow up comments you posted on your ripoff report against ECMC.   My comments on the ECMC post are below.   I had suggested you file a police report and yet it does not appear you ever did so.  This in of itself seems highly suspicious.   I am not accusing you of anything but I AM stating that in my OPINION you are a complete certifiable NUTJOB.  Frankly I hope like Hell you never get into the Federal criminal justice system because it appears in MY OPINION that you do not have a solid grasp on reality much less the basics of proper grammar and spelling which I would assume are a necessary requirement for the sort of employment you are seeking.   I want to take this opportunity to be crystal clear with you on a few other important facts.   IF you sue me for wrongful allegations you WILL NOT win because my OPINIONS are not allegations and under the provisions of First Amendment I am entitled to post them here and anywhere else I please.  But hey if you are going to school to get into Criminal Justice you should already know this.  Read up on Anti SLAPP case law and you will see that any attempt to sue me will FAIL MISERABLY.   First you have to be able to find me which you cannot do.  Second you have to find a lawyer who would be stupid enough to take your case and risk my countersuit as well as potential disbarment as a result.  Third if you were actually lucky enough to complete steps 1 and 2 you would ultimately lose because the lawsuit has no merit and I would then file a countersuit which I would win along with a judgment for the remainder of any liquid cash or attachable assets you own.  Which, unfortunately I fear would not be much if you are struggling to make $20 monthly payments as you mention in your other Ripoff Report post.   

So - in conclusion I offer this final comment regarding your comments here and any future comments you may make trying to tell me what I can post or that you will sue me or I dont know what Im talking about, etc. etc.  consider this a formal certified invitation to SNORT MY TAINT.

Me:  You have a federal student loan which you mention only being able to pay $20 a month on and are now complaining because the federal government took your tax return in order to pay the federal student loan.  Something they would not have done unless you were not making the necessary payments.   

You then stated the company complained that I did and that I never gave them a proper address or would let them know where I was. I felt that I had the right to protect my personal information so I did not give them my address. I allowed them to take money out of my debt card that was all.

Me: Generally when dealing with the federal government on loans you are not only required to provide this information but it is more than reasonable for a creditor to expect to be provided with a phone # and a mailing address so they may mail out statements and contact you.  Why would you feel this is unreasonable unless you have something to hide - like not paying your bills?

You then stated the following My issue is very serious. I am being frauded for a loan I do not owe the US Department Of Education/Direct Loans. I was scammed by a company whom fraudulently signed my information on to a College I never attended Centura College; 7914 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond, Va. 23235. Phone 804-330-0111. Also a guarantee agency Educational Credit Management Corporation; owner Richard J. Boyle is the biggest fraud of all. He fraudulently signed my name and information onto a loan that I never applied for and on to a college that I never I applied for nor went to. never applied to Centura College nor had ever taken classes there. This is injustice! I tried to get help from the Federal Student Aid Ombudmans Office but was denied. I tried to get help from Direct Loan Servicing Center and filed up forms for unauthorized/signature and unauthorized/payments however was once again denied. I tried to complain to the Inspector General's Office for US Department Of Education, but was also denied. I also tried to get help from my Governor here in the state of VA but was denied. I tried to get help from my state Attorney General here in VA but was denied. I tried to go to channel 12 onyourside here in Richmond, VA but was denied. I cannot afford a lawyer and I feel rippedoff! This loan is a fraud under my name Chitrita Dumire and US Department Of Education is forcing me to pay for it. And not only that Direct Loans forged my and my husbands signature on the loans without our authorization and is forcing us to pay for it. I also tried to complain to the State Council Of Higher Education For Virginai and they also treated me like a criminal and denied me a discharge of this fraudulent loan. I have documents to prove my claim but they all denied these documents. I only had two loans with the Federal Government under American Business Institute, and East Stroudsburg University and both were paid of in full."
 
Me:  The only reason I can assume all of these authorities who would clearly frown on any attempts of fraud denied providing you with any assistance is because you failed to provide the necessary evidence that fraud had been committed against you.   The question is not if you attended the colleges mentioned it is if you received Federal funding to attend college which college or colleges is irrelevant.   You have not addressed this in your complaint at all.  Furthermore, it doesnt make sense if you are making payments of $20 to ECMC for a student loan.   This suggests in fact that the debt is valid otherwise why would you be making payments for it?

You then state : The record is on the NSLD records. I don't have any other loans thus far. However, Educational Credit Management Corporation and Centura College also ripped of my federal income tax last year for $2,849.00 saying because of my default they had to take it to pay off a debt I had with them.   So they took the money from you because you defaulted on your loan right?    You then state They are total rippoff's!! Crooks!! I went to Arne Duncan the US Department Of Education's Secretary to complain on his facebook and ask for help to properly have these loans discharged and my account settled on a final note with Direct Loans/Educational Credit Management Corporation St. Paul, Mn. 800-780-7997 and Centura College 804-330-0111 to give me a discharge notice as soon as possible and clear all record of this fraudulent loan off of all my accounts and with the NSLD records as well.  

ME: Part of what you state is very telling they took your Federal Income Tax because you defaulted on a federal loan.   Loans are discharged or settled when the debtor makes arrangements for partial payment meaning you are accepting you owe the debt.   If this was fraud why did you not file a police report and hire an attorney?   Again, it appears to me the reason everyone denied you is because in fact you DID NOT have evidence of fraud.  Then after I had offered you advice of filing a police report, checking your credit report, and placing a fraud alert on your credit file you then post some nonesense about the matter being closed and to contact Congressman Robert C. Scott.   Your post is very weird and does not make any sense.

- The only "discussion" seems to be people asking what you were accused of doing.  For the Secret Service to show up at your doorstep it must have been some accusation.

- That goes both ways.  As long as you post here you are going to have people make comments.  If you no longer want comments you need to stop posting. 

But in a way I hope you don't stop because I think a lot of people are really curious as to the whole story.  And what better way to bring light to these injustices that you are claiming than to post them on a public forum.  I would also bet that people would be very interested in what the Congressman has to say.

As a previous poster asked, what were you accused of? Maybe that would clear everything up and we could drop the issue. As of right now, its still a pretty interesting post.

Forgetting for a moment that this is one of the most illiterate sentences in your post, you have no cause of action against anyone here. No one has accused you of anything. Were just trying to clarify what happened.  If, as you say, you want to stand up for injustices why not give us more information so we can either take your side and stand with you, or decide that your issue is not of interest to us?

If it was in fact the Secret Service why did you not ask for their credentials and copy down the information.  Did you ask for their Commanding Officer?  Did you ask under what specific section of the law they were questioning you?   Most likely this was some fake people testing you.   It just sounds way too weird. 

Bottom line - you don't open the door to your house and answer questions to ANYONE without a subpoena.  

And Charles, I mean Chuckles, why would anyone on this site not want you to post stuff?   Ed actually wants situations where people have been ripped off, scammed, abused, etc. to be posted here so they can see the light of day and embarrass the crap out of the people doing wrong.

Freedom of speech is not absolute, there are situations where you cannot say certain things without serious repercussions.

The scum on this site don't want you to report you bad experiences. They tell people you better watch what you say on a public forum or you could be sued for libel.  They need to take their own advise & they better watch what they say on this site.

They could be held for libel just like anyone else. I haven't lied in any of my complaints like they have accused me of. I have told the truth & nobody has ever sued me,  because no business can sue if you have reported the truth.

The business or business owner just use that as a scare tactic to keep you quiet. If the business has nothing to "HIDE" they would gadly help you.  If a business as something to "HIDE" they threaten the poster with a slander lawsuit.

I will not back down to anyone! I know I did no wrong or say nothing wrong! Freedom to speak out against law enforcement bullying innocent people to show off their power trip just for example from people like you, I nor anyone does not have to bow to that! You don't know me nor the issue! If anyone needs to be carefull I think it would be you! I said what I did because I wanted to make a point that no amount of force is right as in regards to law enforcement of any rank! You are downing me because I complained against the highest order of Security so I should back down no matter what and take the bullying even if I know that I am innocent! That is a violation of rights of rights being taken away by illegal force of law enforcement to interogate me to surrender to an accusation that was falsely made by the Secret Service angaist me! I am proud that I took a stand to speak out against such threats and interogations and false accuation by law enforcement against innocent people. I know I am not alone in this. Many innocent people have been accused wrongfully in this way! We should not have to take that kind of bullying by any one not even by law enforcement! You just wanted to show you power trip because you seen that I was a woman Criminal Justice student and speaking out against the highest order of law enforcement got into your blood stream! Well I don't have any shame in what I said and nor will I back down to law enforcements ways of miss conduct! I will not be afraid as I am proud of what I stood for! Liberty and Justice is what we are about not about bullying innocent people or to exploit for selfish power trip gain! So keep your intimidations to yourself!!!!! I will not ever back down to such low down negative unethical and immoral values of a Justice system gone corrupt!!!!! Everyone has the right to speak out against anything that is not right even law enforcement!!!! I don't feel I have said anything wrong and nor will I back down to such ignorance either!!!!! So if you don't have anything nice to say than don't speak!!!!!

Are you serious?  As a criminal justice major, surely you understand the role of the Secret Service.

Apparently you did. The Secret Service is way too busy to investigate benign comments against the President. Whatever you said must have raised a red flag somewhere.

No you didn't. They may have been aggressive and rude, but that's not a rip off. Nothing in your report suggests that your civil or human rights were violated. Were you tortured? Did they say or imply that because you belong to a protected minority that you were targeted? Hmmm.... don't think so.

If I were you I'd be more careful about what I say in public forums from now on.
