I wish I had consulted the RipOff Report before I was duped.

To make a very long story short, please beware!

The $10 special offered 1 10x13, 1 5x7, and 16 wallets. We only received the 10x13 onsite and were told we'd get the 5x7 and 16 wallets in the mail.

They pictured did come by mail, but the 16 wallets were "mini" wallets; that's about 1.25 in x 2 in. In other words, pointless pictures. I can actually hold four (two by two) in the palm of my hand.

Also, this company is VERY expensive. They get you in with the $10 special, then they try to pressure you to purchase other packages of mediocre pictures. The first package I was shown was $395!

Another thing I didn't like is their "No Refund" policy, which they conveniently don't disclose until you request a refund. The representative literally hid the order sheet slipping it into the bag before the actual purchase. It is on this order sheet that they inform of no refunds. They call it a receipt although you don't receive it after payment; I received a regular store receipt.

Which brings me to my final complaint. All payments go through the store, that way the company immediately removes the burden of customer service from themselves onto the store allowing them to pounce on their continued customers.

Bad business, terrible customer service. I'm trying to inform as many as possible. I will NEVER use their services again.

At the time you signed up you were shown a sample of exactly what you were getting. The lab mistakenly did not print your wallets, so they were mailed to you. Then a salesman tried to sell you something. (that's his job) Also, please remember that that what is expensive to you may to others be quite reasonable. So, in summary: You received everything you paid for.
