United Vacation Network failed to provide me with my free cruise after two follow-up requests. The cruise consultant failed to respond with a quote and has yet to call me back. When I called back to inquire I was placed on hold for 35 minutes and I eventually hung up.

I have since faxed and mailed a certified letter demanding a full refund. My justification is that though I have passed my 3 day "Buyers Right to Cancel" window, I am canceling within 3 days of my first and only attempt to utilize the service, which gives me evidence that they are not what they say they are. My atty says I have a case. Anybody else been successful in this arena?

United Vacation Network provides a travel service for all of our members that we fulfill to the fullest of their membership agreement. Our travel department for cruises, tours, hotels, air, car rentals, and any leisure travel not on our web-site is available for our members to use. Members are encouraged to contact our office and speak with our travel agents who will get the lowest possible price at the time of their booking for their leisure travel. Some quotes for travel require research to be done to guarantee we are providing our members with the lowest possible rates. We contact all of our members within twenty four to forty eight hours in the event they leave us a message. We keep detailed records of all member correspondance and have no record of our members not receiving quotes on travel when requested. The membership will continue to be serviced and fulfilled to the fullest. Any and all concerns or questions pertaining to a membership are requested to have the member contact our office and speak with a customer service manager as we guarantee member satisfacation.
