As we have seen on other websites, now we have Christy, Michelle, Randy & Steve saying they are UVN members and praising them. The truth is that UVN has 2 people who work for them that do nothing but get on websites and praise the company under the guise of being members. No one is fooled by this. And all of this will come out in a courtroom when IP addresses and computers are forensically examined. Keep up the fraud UVN; but the day is soon coming when all will be exposed. Just like your neighbor, Suntasia, you are being investigated and watched very closely, and the evidence is mounting.

Randy I am glad to hear you had a great time on your crusie, I too have been happy with my membership. Yes it did cost me quite a bit of money but thus far it has been worth it. I suggest if you do not want the membership then don't buy it.. simple as that. Maybe I will see you on the next cruise!! Trisha

We have thousands of satisified members that we service on a daily basis. Our memberships are designed to save time and money when planning vacations. All of our members are provided with their membership material at the time of purchase with guidelines for each memebership. The comment above states that ripoff is a site for those to list complaints; well I like to know how does a consumer verify if the complaint is logic and not fabricated. How do consumers know that the comments posted are true events, not just one individual possing as different consumers posting the same complaint over and over. Finding any information about our company should have consumers at a relief that they are dealing with a company large enough to be found on the web. I can look up any company on this site and find complaints posted against them; that doesn't mean they are not a reputable company it just means that someone purchased red and then decided they wanted green. We want all of our members to remain satisfied and we go over and beyond expectations to make sure that happens. United Vacation Network has continually built its reputation as a leader within the travel industry and we continually strive to remain at the top.

Randy is a satisfied customer of UVN? The persons who report on UVN here at Ripoff Report.com do so because they were lied to by UVN. In our case We wanted a vacation membership just like the one that was presented to us by UVN. We would gladly pay the full amount to UVN to get what they offered in the seminar, but will fight any company who lies to get our money! It sounds like Randy could have saved those several thousand dollars and just found a good travel agent and forget how much a trip would cost. He did not mention anything about comparing vacation costs, or not being able to use Uvn's website to book a vacation - like UVN represented in the seminar. How about the "Special Request Form" that we didn't find out about until we tried to book a vacation. The request forms were definately not in our booklet as Christy insisted. When we finally received the forms 5 days later in the mail, we noticed that You had to request 3 separate travel destinations at least a week apart. We would have never signed their contract knowing that.! I could go on and on about UVN's false promises, but simply put - a contract based on lies should be void. I just wish I was as happy to have a UNV / Suncoast Travel Membership as Randy is?
