The company that moved you was NOT United Van Lines. The company that performed your move, based on the address you provided, is 'ALL United Van Lines". There is a difference:
United Van Lines is a very large, well known, moving company with thousands of trucks at their disposal to move your shipment.
ALL United Van Lines...is not. They are a scam mover. The address you provided is not a place where a lot of commercial buildings are located; there are apartments, schools, and churches in that location. Google Earth would have revealed that.
At the end of the day, you slandered a pretty well known company on a move they didn't do. It would have been good if you would clarify that.....so others know better.
Oddly enough there is an organization on the internet the REAL United Van Lines sponsors that helps consumers called www.moverescue.com that might be able to help you if you still don't have your items. I don't throw that out there to promote them, but to help you if the scam mover still haven't done the delivery. Additionally, there is another reputable, well known mover, whose headquarters is in Aurora, CO. That office is obviously their best office and would have done a great job as well.
I understand your son did not research the mover before choosing a mover....I hope others take away how important doing research is.
