I signed up and paid for the Getestore and it seemed like a pretty decent deal. All has worked well up to April when I placed an order from my own estore for two identical items.

I received only one of them and the box was clearly not large enough for two of them and the listed weight on the box was also not enough for two of the items. I was charged for two and all I wanted was the second item. I have been tring to contact them for two weeks now and not one reply.

I very well may be hosed on my second item and the cost so I urge anyone looking at Universal Banner Network or the Get-e-store to steer clear and keep your money.

I see another complaint on here as well for non communication. Beware and do business with them at your risk.

I too thought this getestore was a great idea so in July 2004 I joined I paid $69.00 and change then I paid another $199.00 to be listed in the searchs now were talking all most $300.00 Not One Sale From this site I mean not one I thought they were a rip off too so I ordered one thing I did get it that was in August 04 but from anyone else none,I have changed my mega tags and everthing else I can think of but still nothing I really feel ripped off and I do wish I could get my money back when I joined this I was layed off from work and had no income and I still have no income coming in and I am out close to $300.00 that I could sure use right now .i am so disapointed I say to evryone save your money I sure wish I did A very unhappy Lady in Florida

I also signed up with GetEstore earlier this year and initially had a problem getting a response to my emails to them regarding their Ebay section of the store which was not working at the time and, for some reason, is not there at all now. I was using the getestore email address at the time and I also used their contact page to email specific departments. I never got a response. Finally, I found an email address right on their main page -- members@getestore (which I can't find now). I told them I had been trying to contact them several times and they, finally, responded by asking me if I was sure I used the correct email address. I was sure! Now all you see posted everywhere on their site is the cs email address so I hope it works next time I need to contact them. Anyhow, I re-asked my questions and finally got some help on the Ebay issue. I have not ordered from my own site yet. I have set up an account to be able to do so and I intend to try it out and see if I get good customer service and get what I pay for. Otherwise, I cannot continue to promote this business if even *I* have a bad purchase experience. I know sometimes it can happen accidently, but this company has only been around since 1999 so I hope they take better care in serving their customers right. I will let you know how my future experiences with them turns out. I'm not quite sure what to think about this company yet. I think it has great potential if run by honest people but since they don't make themselves known, it's hard to judge. P.S. I can't seem to get any information on them at the BBB website. One of my customers asked me to get more information for them about this company so I emailed them (at the members@ address) to send me the name of the company's owner/president, location and general information about the company for my customers who were interested in buying their own store but have not heard back from anyone yet. That email was sent out about a week or two.
