Complaint Review: Universal Banner Network - Los Angeles California

I'm the sole proprietor of the VC Bargain Hunters website mentioned above. I'd like to add an update to my dealings with Universal Banner Network. I have to say, they did a bang-up job for me this past holiday (Christmas) shopping season and I have no complaints about them. When FedEx lost the paperwork for an international shipment to Puerto Rico, the Customer Service department was on the ball and worked with me to get that item to PR in time for Christmas. Kudos to Michelle, who made it her priority to track down the shipment, have it returned to CA and expedited to PR. She helped make a little girl's holiday alot brighter...not to mentioned her mother's and my anxiety level manageable! Other than the FedEx snafu, the busy holiday season went off without a hitch and I'm happy to say I'm pleased with UBN this year. I couldn't allow my previous comments to continue to tarnish UBN and, therefore my business VC Bargain Hunters, without further comment.

I am not aware of the difficulties this person describes, mainly because emails that orignate from the Contact Us page of the website go directly to UBN and are not forwarded to me. This person's ripoff report should be directed at UBN, not VC Bargain Hunters. I am an experienced eBay Powerseller and I have a feedback rating of 99.6%. I do not ripoff my customers! Unfortunately, I am having some of the same difficulties with the company UBN as are described by others in this forum. A Response to emails is practically non-existant, phone numbers (when provided) lead to constant busy signals, and now I find my domain name has not been renewed by UBN. I would not recommend anyone subscribe to this companies eStore offer. Too many problems.
