*** It's time that something is done about this! ***

I am sick and tired of reading all these complaints. I have been sitting here all day long reading complaints, looking for telephone #'s to reach a live person at to discuss my refund issuance but have had minimal luck. I've been able to reached two live people.

One was Ivonne from West Corporation. 800-215-0909. These are the people who are STILL taking orders from other innocent victims that do not yet know this company is a rip off. They tried to hide their identity for unknown reasons. The other is Josh from IBS (international Business Strategies). He says that he has direct contact with Don Lapre's new company (name unknown) but that Don Lapre has nothing to do with the issuance of people's refunds.

I belive this is true because Don Lapre lost control of the company in 1999 and UBS has everything to do with all the problems I have been reading about today. He told me that before Don lost control of the company he was giving out as many possible refunds as possible. We must all come together and fight against this type of crime so we can all get our money back. Everyone trusted this company and was in need of money but in turn got ripped off. Please take your time and read all the information below and take all the steps necessary to report these companies to all the necessary agents/firms we can.

Then email me with all the information you have possible such as order dates, refund promises, total amounts, your contact info, #'s that see that are not listed here and everything you can possible send that relates to this case. I am going to initiate a Class Action Lawsuit and get all of our money back and put these people out of business ifn ot in jail for good. I am also working on getting a television station such as David Horowitz or Chanel 9 local news or CNN to do a full investigation on these businesses so no other people can get ripped off.

Can you belive they are still conducting business? We must all put a stop to this NOW!

Here's a recent statement the BBB.org had on UBS

On March 10, 2003 the company filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal Bankruptcy Act, case #033788. This permits the company to continue to operate with court supervision while developing a plan of reorganization. Those with monetary claims against the company are advised to obtain a Proof of Claim form by writing to the United States Bankruptcy Court of Arizona for re-submission to that source. The case number should be entered on the form.

In July 2001, the assets of New Strategies were purchased by Regency Medical Research, Ltd. through the Bankruptcy Court. The company is now operating under the name of Universal Business Strategies; however, Don Lapre is still being used in marketing materials. The officers of Regency Medical, Joe and Sari Diehl, also operate Karemor International, which has a separate report in Bureau files.

Keep in mind that the BBB really can't do anything about the complaints except list them on their web site and inform future consumers of bad business. Therefore you MUST report these problems to other agencies. This does not mean NOT to report it to the BBB ... just don't expect anything to happen if that's the only people you report it to.

Here's what we all need to do to get our money back.

Contact the United States Bankruptcy Court Of Arizona and obtain and submit a Proof Of Claim form

Contact the Arizona Better Business and file a complaint

http://www.phoenix.bbb.org

Contact the Federal Trade Commision and file a compalint (This will initiate an investigation if over 100 people complain) These are probably the best people to submit a complaint to.

http://www.ftv.gov

Contact the Attorney General of Arizona and file a complaint - Second Best

Web site: www.ag.state.az.us

Contact ViaWest Internet Services and tell them that one of their customers is hosting a Fraudlent Web Site www.makingmoney.com and they should shut it down due to consumers compalints 720-891-1000

Contact Verisign and tell them that donlapre.com is hosting illegal and fraudulent content due to

lack of refunds even though there is a 100% money back guarantee and false advertising and eventually they will shut them down. Tell them that they're type of "work at home" advertising is against their T.O.S. policy. 1-888-642-9675

Contact the Television Station that you see Don Lapre's AD's still being marketed on and even the one's that used to host his commercials. Complain to all departments possible.

Contact all news agencies that would do a report on this type of fraudulent activities and post your complaints on all news groups. Spread the word as much as possible so will be less victims and we have more chances of getting our money back!!

I know this might take some time. But if you're serious about getting your money back, sitting around hoping that something will be done will not help. It took me all day to research all this information.. and about 2 hours to complain to all the agencies.. but I know it will be well worth the effots

Here are all the telephone #'s I have come up with in order to contact these companies although most will be busy and or disconnected. Good Luck! If you have more, email them to me and I will post them along with these ones.

Here is Don Lapres email address. Ask him to help you out with your situation and that you

understnad that UBS has trashed his name and you don't put him at fault for it. But demand that

you have his help in getting back your money.

[email protected]

I purchased the product in 2001. The making money kit and 3 900#'s. In total it was $1145.49. They charged my bank account in mysterious odd charges. I called to get my refund and they issued me a RAN (return authorization #) I shipped the package back keeping a receipt of my return and waited for my refund.

After months of waiting I called and was told it was on it's way. I waited another month and called back and they told me that they filled a chapter 11 lawsuit and that I wouldn't be getting my money back. I called a month later because I still saw the ad's running on television and was informed that UBS was responsible for issuing refunds since they took over the company.

In order for them to continue conduction business they had to issue all refunds but they had 3 years to do so. Now I'm told that they filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal Bankruptcy Act, case #033788, this leads me to belive they still have to refund all money to those who request it. I will take this to the end. If you want your money back, get involved. I doubt that any of us are that rich to let go a few thousand dollars. and I seriously doubt that we want this to happen to anyone else. Good Luck and check in to see new and update information

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, its paid for!
