Universal Exploration Inc Told me i'd won a holiday to america and mexico Nashville Tennessee
i was called up and told by a woman called ryan that i'd won a holiday to america which also included a trip to mexico and a cruise. they also told me that i would get day passes to places. they told me it would cost $3.99 USD per person and that 4 people were invited to go.
i feel quite stupid to of let this happen to me. but after i gave them my details they changed the fee to $399 USD per person. so i immediatly told them that i wanted a refund but wouldnt give me one no matter what i said.
i hope this doesnt happen to anyone else but if it does call your bank straight away and they will sort it out for you.

CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO TRY TO GET A REFUND! IN DOESNT ALWAYS WORK BUT SOMETIMES THEY WILL ALLOW YOU TO GET A REFUND! THIS IS A FLORIDA BASED COMPANY... IN FLORIDA YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO GET A REFUND! THAT IS WHY THEY USE AN ADDRESS IN TENN. THIS TRIP WILL COST YOU SOOO MUCH MORE THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE. HOTEL TAX, ALL TRAVEL, ALL FOOD ETC... THIS COMPANY TOTALLY MISGUIDES THE PUBLIC

They called my wife few days ago, they spoke in a way that you feel you won the vacation to Florida and Bahamas, but finally we understand that "its just a promotion". they told her that they will only charge each of us one time registration fee of two-forty-nine (we guess they mean 2.49) but finally we found out they charged us more than 640 CAD which we cannot afford at this time, and when we call them they told us that this money is absolutely non-refundable! the other thing is they already had her Visa card no and I don't know weather it is legal or not. I am still stuck in how to refund the money but I want you to be aware!
