Complaint Review: Universal Nissan - Orlando Florida

***PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH UNIVERSAL NISSAN***

If you are looking for a business that will rip you off, then Universal Nissan is the place for you. I had my car "fixed" at this location for $835, only to brake down 5-miles from the dealership - with the exact same symptoms. I guess that sensor wasn't the problem after all! 

What did they do about it? Absolutely nothing except tell me that I needed more repairs off their rap sheet of suggested purchases. Except, they couldn't guarantee the new repairs would fix the car. No thank you! I'm not going to let you replace the whole car letting you guess what is causing the problem. 

What was really telling was listed on the "recommended" repairs they put low tread down for my tires. Tires that I purchased 3 months prior. That shows you they are out to make money off you, even if it means lying.

Not to mention you get the feeling it's the good ole boys club at this location. Every time I was there, they were more worried about talking with each other than helping anyone out. You had to seek them out for assistance and when you did, it seemed like you were bothering them.

So my plea to you is don't walk, but RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! You will be thankful that you did.
