I spent $80.00 through eBay to order custom shoe inserts for very painful feet. They send you foam boxes to step in to make molds of your feet.
It took almost a month to even get the kit...I actually emailed to cancel (while waiting I spent more money at stores for other shoe inserts that were cheaper and actually work better...still using those) but they sent the molds right as I was complaining... after a few more weeks I get the inserts...they actually hurt my feet even worse...to the point I had to call off of work. I have Co workers who can verify this. I kept wearing the inserts assuming an adjustment period was necessary...pain became unbearable.
I tried to leave feedback on website...but they won't let you do that. They ask you to sign up so they can send you more ads but no way to contact...ulyseesjr never responded after he got my money. I eventually threw the $80.00 inserts into the trash.
I was told by PayPal that 60 days had passed since my purchase, so there was nothing they could do. Keep in mind, over 30 days was spent waiting for the actual product. Just don't let anyone else get ripped off by these guys. They're better off going to a doctor.
