You can file a case in small claims court against them. Make sure you have all your paperwork and write down (like you did in your post) of what happened. Of course they have to give you your money back.

I understand your frustration. I hope you are able to get your money back. Did you not get a reciept for the money you put down? Please, do not get into some expensive loan you can not afford. Being that you need a co-signer tells me that you probably are having credit issues and if you do not pay they will hunt down your AUNT and she WILL be held liable! Secondly, stay away from Kia's. Goodgle them or just search on this website. They do not have a good rep as far as holding up and they DO NOT stand up to the warranty! There are tons of ripoff reports on that alone! Take it from someone who drives at the minimum of 60k miles a year, Kia is NOT the way to go!
