University Of Phoenix - Apollo Group ripoff Decevied me when applying for federal financial aid Philadelphia Pennsylvania
I enrolled at the University of Phoenix in January 2007.
The academic counselor applied for twice as much federal aid than was needed. I was told for every class i completed, i would recieve the excess money. After the first three classes I recieved the excess money.
Upon completion of my fourth class, I was told the rules had changed and i was no longer entitled to the money.
