They scheduled me in a team based class with a guy from japan. We were required to turn in papers with a certain time frame but I was not able to communicate with this gentleman because of the timezone difference. I contacted the University of Phoenix to see I could obtain a refund for the class or be moved to another team. I also asked my financial advisor if a refund was not acceptable then have the money applied towards tuition credit on the next class.
They said no on both accounts and billed me for the class. They would even let me contact my instrutor via phone call!!!
