My mother got an accerated MBA from the University of Phoenix and it is a true degree. She only went once a week to class for about 3 hours a class. But it really does work. Just make sure your classes are for your BS and go for it. (She even once had to take an online class, and it was nothing like I thought online classes would be. It was amazing and very professional. Also the projects and tests were nothing you could just get from the book, although online she had to work harder in this class, than in her other in school classes.) I'm looking into it to finish my degree. (BTW all counselors will try and tell you what you want to hear no matter what college to get you to go there.) Also, (sorry if this is getting long.) My father got his Masters in Theology going one night a week also. It was from Ashland Theological Seminary. They ran a once a day class out of Cleveland University. So I know yes, you can get your degree only going one day per week. I hope this helps you. Good luck.
