I have just heard from Premier Credit about the outstanding balance. It's been quiet since I last heard from you so I wondered if perhaps you and Educational Management Corporation had resolved it. Nope - I spoke with Bionna Raglin with Premier Credit today and her only understanding on this issue is that I now owed $1000.00 as a result of interest! She asked that I fax all the information that I have been providing for a couple years now and said that she wanted to help me get it resolved. I will copy the Dispute Office at UOP and we will see what, if any, documentation exists showing how I still owe more on that class.
Again, Buyer beware! Before considering enrollment in University of Phoenix be hyper aware of any commitments made before starting your first class, which as I said is required and covers using the University of Phoenix System to complete your program. And regardless of how many years have gone by since you completed your program keep every bit of documentation handy just in case.

Hello,
If you believe that your balance is in error, I would be happy to assist. I work in the University's Office of Dispute Management, and can be reached at [email protected] if you would like to file a formal grievance.
