Complaint Review: University of Phoenix - Internet

  You are ever so true. Ok now it is you and I that are on the same side but we need 100 or more that would not change their minds at this. The college could be shut down or the states will cut off the fundings to the college and yes we the people could get what we have paid and more but we have to have the people. Also you will need some proof like emails and exam reports as well to show the lawyer(s) who will be pleased to take the case. When i was 14 years old i was with the Civil Defence and the Resce Squad and we all were in the the city and county police and i know my courses and the answers to everything they ask on there exams but they tell me i am wrong. I have the first exam i ever took from this college and we had 30 questions and after i answered them all it showed i got 10 wrong. Well after looking over them i so called missed it showed i got two more right but the teacher and the main college told me that they had to go by their answers. My teacher sent me a copy of the exam that i took but there was a problem, it was not none of the questions that i had and the teacher and i sort of had it out about it and i reported it to the BBB but they turned it over to the BBB at the college because they have one their selfs so you cannot win like that. I have everything from that date on cd's and even on the computers emails that are a lot to look at. Just you and I the lawyers will laught at us but we need at lease 98 more to get things started because just by posting on here i do not know if the college gets these emails or not which is hard to say.

 I did not want an AA degree but my BA or BS degree but they said i had to take that first which there was some other college said i could get my BA or BS now. Yes they are taking us for all the money they can get from us or the state we live in and they will keep getting it as long as we let them. I replied to some people on here but not a thing bacck before and i have read where some girl said she is ok with this college but i want one really where i can trust and do not have to take out loans after loans and still pay out of my pocket. For some reason people will not reply to none of my replies at all and when i am in class i get maybe two or three during every week but they are from just one person and the teachers will not reply unless you do something wrong except for one teacher i had which was a Sheriff and i posted my badge from my past and he would contact me just anout everyday even after i was done with his class. Why don't we all stick together and you may post this or what ever and lets get it rolling. I won one lawsuite and looking for the money any day now because i do nnot give up and you do not give up either and save every email and exam and even where they ask you to take out loans because that will hurt them BAD.

  This has happen to me three times this year alone and i got back in after i quit and then i was told i quit on the 15th of AUG. 2011. Do something about this besides talking about it or they will win everytime, trust me. I have a post on here but yet no replies but people needs to report them to every newspaper, TV ststions, local and nation wide and file a complant to the lenders and every one else even Washington and show proof. 

   I have emails, exam's, and so on and this is what everyone needs to do is save everything, even phone calls. This will help you in the long run. I had to take out three 4000.00 loands in 1 and a half months and they pocket the money as well. Please do as i ask of you and do not throw away any emails but save or print them and then report them but we need to do this as a whole to get any wheres.

I have had nothing but problems since beginning my B.S in Business with this school. I was not told that all during my A.A. degree classes that it's a facilitator who teaches, not professors. They are charging $1,805 per course which is unacceptable! $95 is book fees, but where are the books? There are none. The entire class I am in now has dicussion questions that do not match the text we are reading for that week. I am so fed up!!!! Yet, I only have 1 1/2 years left and I am done with my program. I am scared to look into any other schools. I will be $65,000 in debt after a four year degree and not to mention there are no employers. This school is useless. I used to really believe in them and I used to file rebuttals against people, but now I am on the other side. Something needs to be done. Over 600 complaints filed against this school and I am surprised a class action law suit has not been filed. I am with you. Shut this school down and make the school repay all of the student loans.
