First and foremost we, Unlimited Sales Inc, out of Las Vegas, Nevada are not affiliated with any other company with the name of Unlimited Services. In regards to Ms. Joan's orders of Nickelodeon and Scrapbooks Etc., we have only been contacted 1 time by Ms. Joan, which was by mail that was delivered February 29. We did not know that she was not receiving her magazines till we received her letter of complaint. At that time we attempted to contact her by phone on the 29th and on the 3rd with no luck. After receiving no return calls from Ms. Joan we issued a FULL refund in the amount of $104.50 on March 4th and mailed it to her address in Omaha Nebraska. We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience that we have caused to Ms. Joan and her granddaughter. We hope in the future that customers will contact our office by phone (number on the back of the receipts) with any questions or concerns.
