Like the other report, I received a message that Owen would contact me with the code within 24 hours. Four days later and many emails, I still have no code.

Unfortunatly ONLY the phone carriers themselves can "unlock" a phone. Due to the DMCA or Digital millinia copyright act only the carriers have the RIGHT to unlock a phone. YOU got scammed. Learn from this and remember, you cant circumvent the system. No matter how much YOU want to.
