Christmas shopping for loved ones can be fun and exciting. However, purchasing items that turn out to be a scam is anything but. The frustration that grows when you make a purchase and wait, wait, and wait for those special gifts to arrive. We purchased three dog banks for our young children for Christmas presents. As we received our purchases from other companies, we anticipated the arrival of the animated dog banks that would make saving money fun for our kids. Unfortunately, it turns out the company was a scam. The ad was shared on Facebook and looked legit. It was shared by a good friend who also thought it was legit. They charged our credit cards, now have our credit card numbers, and have since pulled their website, phone number is disconnected, and are now untraceable. I am sure they will continue under a new name. Be aware and careful when shopping on the Internet! Also, watch out for "Unstoppable Visions LLC" or whatever name they go by next.
