I hired Untied Relocation to move my funiture and personal items from Las Vegas Nevada to Willimasport PA. on 9/24/2007 which was put into their storage for one month at my request and paid for and then all my items to be shipped to Wiiliamsport PA. with the promise of delivery on 11/07/2007.

The first problem was that he delivery was not completed until 11/16/07 at 10:35 PM. Multiple calls were made to the company and driver of the truck asking where my items were. They said my items did not thier scheduled truck.

I had to stay at a local hotel in Williamsport for one week because of my items were not delivered on time as agreed. And this has cost me to have another bill of $695.00. Which I haven't claimed.

As the delivery of my items were finally delivered.

As I was unwrapping my items.I discovered there was many damages to my items.

I went through the proper stages for the claim within the proper time allowed.

On 12/20/07 I mailed my claim for my damages. They said it takes up to ninety days to pay the claim. I agreed.

Time went by...more then 3 months. I called Anthem Claim Management,LLC 2351 W.Memorial Ct. Anthem,Az. Phone: 888-400-3248.

E-mail Address: www.claimmanagement.org.for an update on my claim on the first week of Jan.2008. They had told me they can't find my claim.and they no longer do the claims for United Relocation. Anthem researched and found out that all the claims went to another claim company called Cliams Adjusting Firm..135 Weston Road*suite 184*Weston Fl.33326

Phone: 954-217-3082/ fax: 954-217-3093.

I called them right away. And they told me that they couldn't find my claim once again and asked me to do the claim all over again. I said that it was not my problem to do the calim all over again as I had submitted all the necessary documents to the first claim dept. that was required in a timely manner like before.

But I did choose to do it all over as I felt nothing was going to be done after all. I submitted another claim to Claims Adjusting Firm In FL. as they asked for. I gathered all the documentation again and waited for the proper forms for quite sometime to be mailed to me. I recieved the forms on 6/12/08 and

on 6/16/08 I mailed them off yet once again to the Claims Adjusting Firm in FL.

I waited and waited for a response. Sent them mulitple e-mails which are recorded looking for some kind of resolution from them.

On 7/21/08 I recieved an e-mail asking me to sign a settlement offer which was only $86.00 for all my damages.

I was appalled by the reply for them not to add my items that were not in the settlement offer that I had submitted from the beginning. They never added my king size footboard which was cracked on both sides and my Big screen TV which was knocked out of alignment and other items too.

I sent back the offer to thttp://www.ripoffreport.com/confirm.asp

hem asking them to review my list of items that were damaged on 9/11/08 and 9/16/08. I then got a response in a e-mail on 10/15/08 telling me that they no longer have Paramount Relocation as a member of thier Firm.

I am now had enough of this nonense waiting and going back and forth.

I want my claim to be paid once and for all.

I have all the documentation and trail of all e-mails and snail mail that is required to have my claim payed to me once and for all. I have the insurance provided by Paramount Relocation. So why can't I get paid for my claim.

I am upset and confused by this Company and now believe they do not handle their customers in a proper and professinal manner. It was said to me that Paramount Relocation would pay me up to $5,000 for any damages Which is .60 per lb. I come to find out is totally rediculas.... I have yet to recieve any compensation from any of their claims depts. to this day which has been almost a year now.

All I ever wanted from the beginning is to have my items at least half compensated for the damages caused by Paramount relocation.
