I was expecting a shipment of an important item 5 days ago...The item was paid using UPS Express shipping (next day service) which clearly states on the web site that the arrival time was GURANTEED...

Well 5 days later I am still waiting for my package after a dozen phone calls and speaking with the most foolish group of customer service representatives on the planet.  From Christian to Fernando to pretty much everyone, I spoke to they all lied about delivery times and every time they told me the package was on its way, I asked do you guarantee it...they told me YES it will arrive...yet never did.

UPS stinks...not what it used to be and there are hundreds of other people saying aloud what I just did.

Even the dispatcher told me at some point that the delivery man was going to be at the destination between 5 and 5h30 PM and again never showed up.

ALL of this after paying alot for Express shipping and not even getting any honest treatment by all of the idiots involved at the UPS Lachine's Customer Service Department.

This stuff is great! A guy ships something out of the country and thinks its the company that's delaying it. You can tell by the way he talks why he can't figure it out or isn't intelligent enough to use a tracking no. He figures since he gave it to the UPS guys that they must be doing it. If he gave it to the FEDEX people he'd be crying Pathetic. All I see is a guy going "I shipped something to canada and its not doing anything for five days and the sucking idiots won't will do what I tell them to and wah wah wah wah". Sounds like the guys mentality got stuck in a 7th grade trailertrash mode. Thanks for the entertainment!

You need to be a little less vague.

Since this person has a hard time giving specifics, why doesn't he cut and paste the tracking info for us? There are lots of stipulations that would cause an international shipment to be delayed. Was it stuck in customs? It would be there for the same reasons no matter what carrier was used. Who prepared the internation declaration forms? Delays will happen with errors or incompleteness no matter what carrier is used. When was the shipment sent? UPS and Fedex clearly have a disclaimer about guaranteed arrival dates during the December holiday season. What does he mean about a driver walking by a package for five days and no room? The UPS and Fedex drivers don't stand around Canadian customs facilities stating they simply don't feel like taking a package! All carriers must wait until customs clears a shipment. A driver will then and only then be able to pick up the shipment to continue its delivery. It is impossible for any carrier to predict exactly what time of day one particular shipment will be made. The variables like weather, traffic conditions, number of packages on the truck, apartment deliveries, signnatures, ets etc etc make that "5-5:30 quote impossible. This complainer is so caught up with his insecurities that he's blinded by his own frustration.

He also will never give us the straight facts as asked for....because he can't get his facts straight. Any response from him is more proof just like the last one. This whiner makes this sight a comedy show!

SInce I had a UPS driver walk past my package for 5 straight days as he "didn't have room" and was not reporting its location. I think the above rebutal is delusional. There is good reason that UPS is called "You People Suck"

Readers need more specifics than your vulgarity.

Is there a reason this complainer didn't show the tracking # for readers to validate this complaint? How can the reader tell what is going on while all this complainer knows how to do is spew adolescent insults?

No shipment via any carrier is guaranteed when customs delays are involved. No carrier can force a country to pass or expedite a shipment. Who prepared the shipment documentation? Errors or incompleteness of documentation will also delay international shipments. Unless a tracking number is given for further details, it is safe to assume the same delay or worse would have happened with any other shipping carrier. The same international shipping situation is had with ALL carriers for the identical reasons. Period.

The evident demeanor of this complainer, vulgarity and intentional degradation, is synonomous with ignorance. Before the tracking # and details are offered, I expect we would see more of the same.
