I ordered a bike form upzy.com and after 2 days called to get the shipping status. Reply was that there was only 1 bike left at the manufacturer and that it was damaged. Theyoffered me other models in its place, with a refund of any difference.

I replied that I wanted a full refund. I did not want another model. No repsonse. Multiple calls, where personnel block you form talking to anyone above them, and multiple emails with no reply.

I'm sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience.  We really appreciate your feedback, and for providing us a chance to provide some transparency on your order situation: 

Your order #8881 was canceled and refunded in full on April 4, 2018, in accordance with our policy.  The funds were taken out of our merchant account on April 4, however depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take 3-5 business days (standard processing time) before it gets deposited back in your account.  So that may be reason for the delay-  this processing time that is dependent on your bank.  We received your emails requesting for the refund, and we did execute on that refund and sent an email notification to you about it.  It's just the standard processing time of the banks that may lead to a slight delay.
