Urban Active Fitness Muscled their way into my bank acct. Cincinnati, Ohio
Initially I only had a tanning pkg. I stopped by to tan on my way to work, and with their fast talking ways, told me about their "Special". I could work out and tan for for $24 mo. This was the Last Day for the "Special". So like an idiot, without taking the time to think this out, I signed the contract. I do take responsibility for that decision. Come to find out, the "Special" continued for some time after that. After being transferred thru work, I now travel the opposite direction. I am now nowhere in that area.
John and his staff will not budge on cancelling the membership, will only read the contract details outloud. To cancel the membership it would cost over $700. So now, they rake $35 mo. out of my bank acct.
There's a reason why you can't talk with anyone from Corporate office. I have been told from others about their issues with Urban Active also. They have a way about muscleing their way into your Bank acct.
