I joined this gym on November 13th! Simply, the contract in question was misrepresented by underhanded, SHADY SALES PRACTICES by the General Manager, John! I was not told about the discontinuation of aerobic services, was told that my 13 year old daughter could be treated as a guest, and was charged $24.95 for a service that others are paying $14.95 for! Based on everything that I have read today on the internet about the past sales practices of this company, it seems that there was no lesson to be learned. Instead, a fast buck trumps customer retention and future revenues!
Again, file with the Attorney General's Office because even though this all occurred several months prior to my contract, they have obviously learned nothing! John told me one thing and the contract states something TOTALLY DIFFERENT! That in and of itself is fraud! The SAME FRAUD that has bought down the HOUSING INDUSTRY AND THE REASON WHY WE ARE IN A RECESSION TODAY! IF you join this gym...get the $14.95 that INCLUDES EVERYTHING and nothing else! What a RIPOFF and don't WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!! I'D BE SURPRISED IF THEY ARE STILL HERE NEXT YEAR!!!
