I ordered celtrixa by phone from Urban Nutrition. I was told I would have 30 days to test it. I got them to agree to a 2 month supply.

They sent me the two month supply, but the written instructions said if I want a refund, I must return it within 30 days of the ship date. That was almost a week ago, so I was down to 3 weeks, which meant no time to test both bottles.

When my time was nearly up, I called and asked for return directions, since I had not had results. I had to return a full unused bottle, which I thought was false advertising, since I was not given time to test it like I was told, and I risked being charged for two.

They then told me for the first time that it had to be in their hands by the end of the 30 days. The instructions say "returned", but do not say it has to be there by that date. I was told I'd have a full 30 days to test it when I gave my credit card before. The problem is the mail is not predictable. You can send it ground and arrive in 2 days, or overnight and get it there in 4. There are no guarantees with the mail, so it was not fair. The only way I could have guaranteed it getting there in time would be if I had not tested it at all and just sent it back immediately.

They charged my card $60. And they said they will charge it again, even though I sent the full unused bottle back, and the empty one back too.

I don't know if this company found a loop hole and can do this legally. But one thing for sure is that they don't make money with legit products. They make money by tricking people and charging their card without their consent, and with false advertising.

You were not ripped off. The terms of the "Risk Free" Trial are that Celtrixa sends you out a 2 month supply to try risk free for 30 days. Now you try the product for 30 days for a small shipping fee. The 30 days starts the day it gets to your house and you have 30 days to cancel. If you are going into an agreement with the thought of just getting it for free and your not serious about changing the look of your stretch marks don't get a risk free trial. Just order a month supply and it comes with a money back guarantee. This is not a rip off.
