Urban Nutrition,Stole My Money Then Hung Up On Me New York New York
I wish I would have found this site before ordering MiracleBurn. I sent the following email to Urban Nutrition this morning, and now realize it is highly unlikely that I will get any response, let alone a satisfactory response.
"Hello,
I was signed up for autoship even though while ordering MiracleBurn, I carefully made sure not to sign up for it. I cancelled it once I got the second shipment of MiracleBurn. Never getting confirmation that the mistaken autoship had been cancelled, I just called to confirm (as I don't want to be charged for a third box of MiracleBurn - a product that does not work for me).
I spoke with Tim, who was unprofessional, interrupted me when I spoke, not letting me finish my thoughts, and got hostile when I said I'd like a refund because I had not intended to sign up for autoship, saying that had been a mistake, he said "how?! it was done on your PC!?" I asked to speak with a supervisor and was immediately hung up on.
When I called back to report this, I got Stacey. Also rude and defensive, and also interrupting me when I tried to talk. She stated that her manager would only correspond via email. This seems like a pretty bad idea when the people answering the phones are so rude and unprofessional. I've been in customer service my whole career, and it is not my imagination that this was poor service.
Please let me know what I can do about getting a refund. If MiracleBurn / Urban Nutrition is serious about customers talking to "a real person that cares about your needs" either Tim and Stacey need to be retrained or let go. If I don't hear back from someone in two business days, I will be contacting consumer reports, etc., to let them know about this.

How do these people sleep at night? Reading the other reports on this site, I think I got off easy, even though my frustration at being treated like trash is giving me a headache.
