Four orders placed on Feb 12 2005, two with 2-12 delivery, others 2-14. ALL orders were wrong (substituted pale mums for sunflowers, 2 dozen red roses came as 1 doz. white, 2 orders of "bear+dozen roses" came as roses ONLY). No response to calls, emails, etc. Outrageous fraud costing over $400! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!!

Getting it right. contractual relationship

The connection between Urban Florist and Gail Levy is a contractual relationship. As far as the order sent to Style Trend Studios are transfered to our company by a third party sender. We fill and send orders as directed. Urban florist used our company during Valentine's Day for the first time. Their communication protocols and order confirmation processes were lacking and not complete. As to the customer service and response to the customer's complaints we have no contact or ability to respond to any of Urban Florist Customers. All customer service activities are and were handled by Urban Florist and their staff. We regret your experience and can say that were never aware of your problem or had anyway to satisfy your displeasure. We only filled the orders as directed. Please except our concern for your dissatisfaction and would encourage your to contact your credit card company to request refund of your charges and expensive.
