Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

On August 16, 2012 I was contacted by Auto Marketing
Systems after placing an add on Craig's List in Vancouver, B.C. Canada. I was
told by the Auto Marketing System representative that they have buyers who are
looking for the vehicle I am selling and within one week the Car would sell
that was the first lie. They also told me they have a 90 day money back guarantee,
that if the vehicle is not sold within 90 days I would get my money back and
that would be a recommended option (so far that is a second lie). Hence, I
allowed myself to be scammed, ripped off, lied to and gave AMS my credit card
number. In 90 day's not one person called interested in the vehicle and I filled for refund.

To receive your refund, you have to fill out forms, have them notarized, and mail them back. No
faxes, no emails... everything to make it as hard as possible. On
November 17, 2012, after 90 days I filled up the refund form and had it
notarized and registered mailed it to them with a tracking number. On November 23, 2012 I received an
email saying that the refund will be processed 6 to 8 weeks (that was the third
lie). After 8 weeks and no refund. On January 25, 2013 I called the company and
they told me that the refund department is behind and I should be receiving
after 5 business days (that was the fourth lie). After 8 business days I sent
an email to Auto-marketing Systems Customer Service asking for my refund and
receive an email assuring that I will receive my refund in a few weeks (that was the fifth lie)

The AMS is a big scam, their main goal is to rip-off their customers and a proof is a list of ripped
off customers on http://www.ripoffreport.com/directory/auto-marketing-systems.aspx
. It's unethical, unprofessional and a huge scam. This company needs to be shut down and I dont understand why authorities dont take any actions  to shut them down for good. Company like AMS should not have a place in our society. They are clearly a consumer rip-off and should be held accountable.
