Well, for all of you wondering what is going on with this.....it is still ongoing. Still fighting tooth and nail in federal court. Waiting on a decision from the judge to hopefully come soon.
To this day......they still have not come up with the security deed to our home!! We have asked many times now and when we were in court, asked them to show proof that they had a loan for us......Nothing, zilch, nada, not one thing!!!! As a matter of fact, they don't even know who we are!!
Fight, people, fight for your homes. Don't let these theives just take them from you. This is one of the biggest government scam coverups there ever was. Expose them for who they really are. Don't give up!!

Moving right along here...we just received a letter from the OCC stating that U.S. Bank National Association has no record of the pending foreclosure or assignment to the bank. They are now telling lies to the government to cover up their bad deals. We never even heard of them until the foreclosure was run in the paper. They were never involved in our situation at all. So, now you tell me how this is not theft with a capital "T"? Somebody is really messing up this time.

Everyday, I learn something new in this! This is to inform "yall" that we did get the foreclosure stopped. As I have said before, they will NOT steal my home from me and here is why. I now have it in writing from U.S. Bank, Foundation Financial, and ASC that NONE of them own or have the mortgage or is assigned the mortgage that they attempted to foreclose on. Therefore, making it an illegal foreclosure. None of them can satisfy the legal standing requirements to institute and maintain a legal foreclosure. Even the foreclosure attorney's have throwed their hands up to this because they know it is not right and that they may be in some real trouble over this. Now, what mortgage? Need I say more?

You suggest US Bank did not disclose vital information about your loan. Did you read the loan docs before signig them? All mortgage terms and conditions are spelled out in the docs you sign. You say they misled you on your original loan, but you returned for a second loan later? If they were so deceptive, why would you go back to the same lender? Again, did you read the documents as a homeowner is required? And you mention the FBI. I was not aware that they review mortgages and home equity for consumers. Lastly, you say they are getting ready to foreclose in August. That would indicate that you have not been paying your mortgage. You imply they are out to make money by foreclosing. Foreclosures are expensive for banks, and they sure don't make a profit on REO properties. No banks want to own more homes in this current market. So, how can you resolve this? Well, open a dialogue with the bank and ask them about the terms you signed and agreed to. You have a copy of the docs in your closing packet also. Bottom line......pay as you agreed in writing and you keep your home.
